Pathetic Customer Support ...

I used ICICI Bank Online to recharge my phone. Amount has been deducted my account but it is not yet credited to my cell phone.

I received an SMS from airtel that due to some technical problem it could not recharge this time, how ever they accepted the money.

I agree some times there could be few problem in systems. but WORST PART IS ...


I have been trying to call their customer support...

i have taken a new sim card on 5/01/08 and i have made an activation for gprs for one month trans id[protected] but ihave not yet got the activation yet the customer care is also not responding properly if i ask them they r saying like u have activated one day gprs hence the one month will be deactivated please do something needful to me my email id is [protected]@yahoo.com...

As i fond maximum number of complaints being loged in agaist the Airtel i think we all should form a group and take some serious action against the company as a whole.

Billing and Incomplete Information on Schemes

The Company Airtel provides fascitly to activate various schemes etc via sms. same are activated on own. later when customer uses the same it gets deactivated. later when reversals are asked for customer care doesnt reverts and reports as querry closed. all of a sudden in your followup period outgoing calls are deactivated....

My mobile bill

I have changed my email address and have requested to send out the bill for mobile number [protected] to my yahoo email account. I have not got the bill so far and have not made the payment. Incase I do not make the payment the Sim Card will be deactivated. SIM registration Failure

taken prepaid connection in Sept 2007 from sector 37 (distributor ) grover communication , faridabad
This connection is not working since 15/12/07 even though i have given all ID proofs to the distributor as well at the AIRTEL office located at sector 37 . I have subbmitted the ID proofs two times at AIR TEL office but still my connection is not working .
I regret to say that even after several rounds to the air tel office...

Connections problem

My office is located Andheri(w) besides Fame Adlabs, from past one week all the airtel users along with me are facing connection problems. We cant make outgoing calls, no incoming calls, nor outgoing sms.....only thing works is incoming sms. I'm tird of this as cell is the lifeline of business today....

on shifting the phone the billing cycle is continuing on the previous and new number

we had no clled 42401886 with airtel first of all we logged in a request on 1 oct for shifting to noida after 45 days the phone was shifted and and there was billing continuing on this no and new number alloted to us.
and then shifting and name changed charges levied and the plan which was agreed for or continuing from 3 years was not applicable and some 4ooo rs bill was generated and no break given and which finally resuklted in disconnection...

I Had applied for an Airtel Land Line connection in Hyderabad sometime back. Their representative told me that it will be done within 2 days after I make the payment. No proper response

I recharged my mobile through net banking from ICICI, but its not get recharged. Then I called up Customer care executive, they are saying its technical problem it will take 4 days to solve. Then next time I called up again they are saying the same and disconnected my line. Again I try to calling them, its giving the system voice as pls send a query to 121. Very very bad service providing the for customer from Airtel....

broadband very narrow

over christmas & now this here nu year time my 512 kb is at 300kb with reoccurring drops to 0kp, that zero kb folks zero not okbs. these people should have extra judicial execution enabled on them.

Frustated with kind of service provided

I am Airtel mobile user ,mob no [protected].
I have subscribed for Airtel prepaid lifetime pack.I have complained Airtel about additional charges of
Rs 1.50 being deduced from my balance per day,but the quiet of response i recieved was unsatisfactory.After this enquiry they didnt help me instead deduced additional Rs 3.0 per call
