my account blance

my prepaid account blance on 15 oct 2007 is 1204.97 and on 16 oct 2007 my blance is 706.97. i was complain the customer care . But customer care is solve my problem. please tell in which thing my blance 498 was loss.

inefficient service and carelessness

I hold a air tel broadband connection with user id av sreekanth and phone no [protected]
My usual bill monthly comes to 700-8-- but last month for the billing period 25-6-07 to 24-7-07 it came to 6032 though I have not used the service to that extent and disputing bill I asked for log files to examine their fictitous claim.
however they were not supplied to me and on consultation with the executive concerned, we reached a understanding...

Ooops I am in a real agony with airtel pre–paid connection which I bought 10 days back, I am totally depressed with such kind of a connection and such a response from a leading network of kerala I also own a connection which is 4 years old,so that’s y I preferred to go for a connection from airtel,but all in vain, I bought it on 1st of September and produced the so called identity...

Today i visited your airtel outlet at Lifestyle, Hyderabad.

I am surprised to see the reaction of the executive who spoke to me.



I had requested for "transfer of my ownership" number bearing[protected] that too one month before 17 of Sep, 2007and submitted all the documents they asked for.

Not able access outgoing call and incoming calls

This is to informyou that I am using my sisters number (SIM) i am not able to make outgoing calls and cannot receicve incoming calls, when i try making calls it says the out going facilities is not avilable on you number, I recharged for Rs 260 with a talktim of 98.40 but not able to access any call form the day i recharged from the past 3 daysso please do see to this problem

Harassment by calling frequently

Everyday one person from Airtel and ask for One Raju in my number. Today ,( this may be 100th time in the last one week), I told her that every shift one person come and call me and ask for Raju. Either you stop calling me or change my number.I asked the telephone operator to connect me to her boss. She told the boss in Tamil , that a person is shouting and that boss told her to cut the line. SIM not activated in in-time

I'm new to Pune, Maharstra. I'm using contact no which is in roaming. I have recieved SIM from the Airtel representative and he asked me to wait for two days to activate. I have waited for the activation upto 4 days, and then take it to the notice of the concerned person. He is replying as it was the problem of server and provider ..etc irrelevant answers. Anyhow the SIM was activated after 7days. i'm very happy that time....

MY SIM CARD ACTIVATION

I have lost my airtel postpaid bearing number "[protected]" along with my handset in the month of September 2007. After that i have complained at airtel office and also lodged a FIR at nearby police station. on 08/10/2007 I was issued a duplicate SIM card with number "[protected]" bearing my old mobile number. But to till date it was not activated. I have tried a lot and met several times at North Lakhimpur branch....

act my sim get blocked and now it requires the puk no.....

i don't know about the puk no. of airtel mobiles ...and the customer care number of irtel mobile doesn't responding anything....

Injustice and grievance!

I would like to express my grievance with the Airtel-Bharti company roled injustice. I have copied the mail which was sent to [protected]@airtelindia.com for which no response/action taken by the esteemed organization. I know the pain of my wife how she cud have been broken when she comes to know the information given is wrong.
