I have contacted airtel 3times to get my dth disconnected. But everytime they say backend team will contact, but none calls back.
I'm fed up of dth package. My prime concern was tamil and kannada channels along with few english hindi channels.
I have opted for some package at 493 per month but suddenly i was unable to view many hd channels...

I have been facing network issues in airtel for a while now. Most of the time there is no or really bad network, mobile data doesn't work properly, there are a lot of call drops, my phone is always out of reach whenever someone tries to call me especially when I am at home.
I had raised a complaint regarding this in the airtel thanks app (on 26th may) where they mentioned it will be resolved within 8 days.

FASTag not Received yet

I have booked FASTag through Airtel Payments Bank on 10th of July 2020. It’s showing Validating Order from that day till now and not changing / updating the order status and the Order is still not confirmed from their end after full payment and documents also submitted. Customer care have no information apart from asking me to wait. Atleast if they can provide the docket number or tracking number for Courier if it's shipped, but airtel...

Recharged pack not yet come

I recharged for 98 rs data pack in a mobile store. Recharge is successful but i didn't get any messages or services. I already tried that amount in airtel.in website but it would done that's why i go to the store. Yet i didn't receive my pack. It makes me really upset....

Rs.598 was deducted from axis bank account [protected] by citrus payment solutions pvt ltd while trying to recharge airtel number [protected]. Even success message was received.

The account balance was expiring on 8/7/2020. The recharge was done on 6/7/2020. However, the service was cut off on 8/7/2020. After this we were told the refund will happen, so to recharge again. My daughter did a recharge of rs.379 on 9/7/2020...

harassment by airtel dth and airtel customer service

These is the 2nd time i’m seeking help against airtel dth in 4 months. I had raised an exact complaint on april 30 which said: “i have 2 airtel dth hd connections for many years now. Airtel data problem

Hi,
I’m from muradganj, naiganj, jaunpur.
Since past two days airtel network has becamed worst network. Even i can’t use my whatsapp with this mobile data.

It’s humble request that plz refix this problem as soon as possible.

Otherwise i have to port my airtel sim into jio and i could port 102 airtel sim that comes in my under.

How the Bill is calculated

I want to know how the bill is calculated. And if I'm being charged for the data roll over, so if I have the unused data from last month and the data for the current Bill cycle. Ever since i had the misfortune of recharging my data pack for my airtel number, i can no longer visit any site on the internet without getting redirected to one. Airtel.in. It has become something of a torture, for it has been close to 6-7 hours and it still keeps happening. Happens on both my phone and desktop browsers (Chromeand IE).

I have reset all my browsers twice, changed and reset my apn data, cleared browser cookies....

It has been more than 2 years we have been complaining about poor indoor connectivity at h. No. N-19, dr mukherjee nagar, delhi-110009. We are having 8-10 airtel connections. A year ago one of the executives of your co. Visited the premises and assured to redress the issue but no result till date.

Pl look into the matter on priority. Moreover airtel is now a days convassing for zero complaint and you should come upto the satisfaction....

no service on sim card

Hi my mobile number [protected] is showing no service. We tried by restarting the mobile device, reinserting sim card and also we tried the sim on different phones but the issue is still remain same. My mobile is registered all the places and am not able to any transaction as am not receiving any otp messages. Currently am staying in abroad please provide me immediate solution....

Recharge failure not informed

Amount hasn't refunded till now

Hello sir/ madam,

I have waited for 7-10 days and have observed that the failed transaction recharges 329 [379 pack] towards [protected] and 49 pack towards [protected] from my thanks app account no. [protected] have still not been refunded to my account.

Being a loyal customer as a family for airtel this lack of due diligence from your end is appalling and takes back significantly on my trust.
