Rude behaviour of customer care

I've received a call from airtel's customer care regarding a query for a new dth connection, and the employee who spoke to me was so rude that i didn't know hindi and put off the call in a very rough manner. It is not the first time something has happened....

Internet Data consumption

Hi,

This is a complaint against the internet providers.
I have done recharge of 2gb data because previously i was doing recharge of 1.5 gb and which was getting finished early without using much.
I am very pissed off because of this experience as 2 gb data is also getting reduced faster than i thought.
I used one application for 10 min and immediately 400 mb got reduced.
This experience is not expected...

We have been cheated by your sales representatives by providing false communication.

After getting application and payments mr. Sathish (Said as he is the sales manager for the area mogappair) not even picked the call for any kind o[censored]pdate.

On his promise of connection will be given within 24 hours, application and payments have been made yesterday (Ie) 19/06/2020 by 10.00am. But till now no update.

Number given to someone else

[[protected]] is my previous number and it given to someone else then it became unavailable now. It is registered for my aadhar and i could not do any changes in my aadhar due to that number.
I have submitted my proof for that number and how company can give that number to someone else without my knowledge. There is no notification regarding this to us....

false commitment and wrong charges

I have raised disconnection request on may 30 and reference number[protected].

In this request the person from airtel saidthat they will provide 236 rs waiver and 1000 gb data which is not yet provided to us and request was also closed.

So i now i want to disconnect this number since there is no commitment fulfilled and misguided to customer.br...

recharge not done but amount deducted from my sbi account

I wanted to recharge a number [protected] airtel prepaid pack through airtel thanks app with my debit card. After transaction amount has been deducted from my sbi account but recharge was not done to the number.
Please resolve this problem as soon as possible and refund my money....

Recharge failed, money deducted

I had recharged on the app for rs.671 on 19/6/2020.
The transaction failed. But my money got deducted. I checked transaction history and it didn't show up there either. I just god a message saying

no service for airtel

Hi,

Until 18th june, my sim was working fine and all of a sudden it has stopped showing no service.
My number - [protected]
I tried to use multiple mobiles but still the same issue. I have a running pack and in the airtel pack it says as status - active. Still i did another recharge which is vain now.
Currently i'm abroad and unable to visit the airtel office. I need my service to be activated immediately...

Today i did a recharge on my airtel number through airtel website airtel.in but the amount was deducted immediately and a transaction number was sent but nothing further. No data pack recharge is active....

airtel prepaid mobile number

Hi,

The airtel portal which provides for recharge of prepaid numbers is not working from june 16 2020 onwards; it accepts the phone number, the recharge amount and then goes on a spin never to take to the payment options. This is happening even as i am writing this complaint. It says "loading please wait" it never comes out, it waits customer wait indefinitely.

For recharging one need not go to other sites to...

I had obtained an airtel postpaid connection at the end of march 2020. I pay the bill online. I had already paid the bill for may 2020 on 23rd may 2020, and the amount has been debited from my account.
