I got a new connection from airtel dth. I recharged with 478 rs monthly rental package. After that several times they are changing the package to higher amount. Am getting text of that whenever am again subscribing to 478 rs pack again they are changing it without my knowledge it to higher amount. For that reason my per day rental is getting affected already i losse 2 days of tariff. And its really mental harrasment to change every single...

I have recharged an airtel no via my airtel app. When i was asked about the payment method i choose phone pe then in the phone pe the transaction got successful of 698 rs. But when i got redirected towards my airtel app it showed payment failed. It's been 4 days but no action has been taken yet and also no refund has been initiated.
Help me out....

I lost my phone yesterday, so i want to block my airtel sim and since lockdown is going on so all customer care stores are closed and customer care cannot be contacted over the phone....

I got an offer with redmi note 8 pro that after recharging the data plan of 2gb i will get 2gb extra i. E (2gb +2gb)

This worked for the first 2 months but now the extra 2gb data is not working properly.

I want this problem to be fixed as fast as possible cause i am losing my data

I am including a picture in that it's mentioned that 4gb daily data is given but 2 gb doesn't work...

I have recharge in my prepaid mobile from myairtel app thro' google pay on 16th april, '20 though recharge shown as successful & amount deducted from my bank account, but recharge not reflecting in my mobile no.[protected].
I have contacted airtel customer care cell. They didn't help me or not shown any helping attitude, but simply harassed me a lot. They asked to give details of transaction id which was not been saved...

I have done recharge of rs 698 and from offer i have paid 648 via my airtel app from gpay, the amount had detucted from my account and transaction is confim from gpay but in my airtel app it is showing failed and my amount is detucted and it showing the amount will be refunded with in 8 hrs but it have been more than a day still now redund has been not done my number :-[protected] kindly plz revert the amount...

Rs.45 recharged someone from my phone pay but amount is deducted by bank and they will also get message recharge done on[protected] transaction i'd will be mentioned below [protected] but when they call fron mobile again told pls recharge your mobile u have no balance what it mean shut # off your airtel company every time your failing the services...

Since 07.04.2020, I am not able to receive / make calls from my number. The mobile no is a official number. My complaint no[protected] raised using airtel thanks app is not yet resolved but closed on the due date i.e. 15.04.2020....

Recharge done through airtel thanks app not received yet.(refer transaction details)...

My latest bill for handphone [protected] by service provider Airtel has charges for International Roaming plus taxes. I have never demanded ainternational Roaming and thus this charge has to be withdrawn....

I have recharged my mobile number [[protected]] through net banking (Phonepe) for rs.548 (Coupon applied) on 24th dec 2019 and received an sms with transaction reference [ p2004120045228243506073]. Bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged. Till now i got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account......

On 15-apr-2020 i had made a recharge of rs.598 to my dad's number through airtel app. The money got deducted and recharge was not done. Than again i made a another payment and than recharge is done, so i havent got my refund money of 1st transaction. Here is the transaction id from bank.

I used the new superhero feature to recharge a number though the my airtel app showed it as fail but mony was debited from my sbi account. Also this feature doesn't keep any transaction log. Though at 2nd try it was successful but i didn't got a refund of the 1st amount which was debited. The number registered with my airtel apo is [protected] and the number i was recharging is [protected]....

Yesterday i recharged my mobile number through airtel app of Rs 219 on which the company offers flat Rs 25 cashback . But after recharging no cashback was credited to my account. I feel.cheated because the company didn't give me cashback as shown on offers please solve my problem...

Had recharged of amount 399 from Airtel app to other number of Airtel. Recharge got failed and amount debited.
Message given was amount will be credited back to account within 8 hours it’s been 20 hours still no amount credited and unable to reach to support...

A message came saying bill payment of rs. 598.0 has been initiated towards your airtel mobile [protected]. Txn id:[protected]. The payment will get posted to your airtel account within maximum 4-hours and the money deducted from my hdfc bank account.

Afterwards a message came saying payment failed: your recent transaction...

I recharged my sim for ₹448 via the airtel app using my debit card. During the process, i received confirmation message from the bank about the debit of ₹448. The transaction then failed showing recharge failed. But the money was deducted from my bank account
