Sir please my Airtel DTH account is under safe custody so I want to deativate safe custody since week Iam trying to complaint nobody can heard request...

I ve paid for Airtel broadband connection on April 2nd but later they told like there is no feasibility in my area. Hence I requested for refund. But I didn't receive any response from them....

My airtel sim is showing access error
Sim showing network
But i am unable to call or message
Why this??
This is happening since two days
I am not receiving any messages or calls

I am unable to make calls
And messages
I tried reboot process but didn't work
I tried using sim card in another handset
Sim card showing disabled in other phone too
Please sort out...

I recharged a airtel number [protected] for 1438. Money has been paid through google pay upi option. The payment was processed and money was deducted. But there is no recharge happened. Even in my transaction history on airtel app is not reflecting it.

But still outgoing is stopped saying have to recharge.

Recharge Not Done, But Money Deducted From Bank.
I use Airtel App For Recharge,

And There is no Transactions History showing.
But my balance deduct from bank.
This Is SCAM....

I have recharged through airtel app using phonepe as payment option. The transaction is visible as successful in phonepe but doesnot reflect in Airtel app. Amount got deducted but the recharge was not done.
Package used :598
Recharge date: 7th apr 2020...

I have paid the amount of Rs.379 through HDFC Net Banking on 27/3/2020 to recharge the 84 days unlimited package fro the mobile No. [protected] but not charged, latter, after waiting for few days, we charged from the different way by PAYTM.

My data is very slow and intermittent. Although i have ~190gb of data left in my plan. I tried checking on the airtel app and after checking the network connection, it says there's network outage in my area and the problem will be resolved in 4 hours. I've been getting the same message for the last 6 days. There is no option to call and talk to the customer care representative any more. This is really pathetic. Firstly, the net stops working....

I have recharged my number ([protected]) via airtel app for 598 pack. The amount has been deducted from my account but the recharge is not done. The purchay has been confirmed by airtel hdfc upi. Hi I am P Suresh, I recharged my airtel DTH for a 6month plan for Rs.991 on 9/4/20 morning around 10:15am the payment has been processed but still my balance amount is still showing as 27.40 on Airtel Thanks App, website and even[protected] mesage....

My airtel account has enough balance and i recharged my account but still my account is suspended...
My airtel dth is not working at the present moment despite of recharging my account it still remains suspended please look into this matter asap as i m experiencing difficulty in watching airtel dth on my tv.

I recharged my Airtel DTH account - [protected]-001
for Rs.620 on 9th April at 11:00 pm. The transaction was done through gpay and was successful. But the dth balance does not reflect the recharge and still says low balance and validity ends tmrw....
