Am using my airtel network since 12year you are changed so many future till today am very disappointed because you suddenly increased the amount of monthly recharge pack and you decreased the data from 1.5gb to 1gb
That is not good for all users customers will be forget any airtel was available
You don't know when customers will be switch to other networks
That is my feed back for you i know you will not be changed...

Here in our college "ITER", bhubaneswar, the internet is very slow.as here in our campus about 60% are airtel users of about 2000 users are switching to jio, due to very slow connection.The ping is very high without stability.

so here i request you to please do something for our network issue....

This to highlight that i am a customer of airtel since 10years and from last few days i'am facing issues like network in my mobile is showing full but still no call, sms, data nothing is working as you can check in my record. Even i have called your 198 helpline number to update there as well.

I have applied for the fastag from my airtel app. On 30th nov i received a message with fastag id that fastag has been shipped but the physical fastag is not received from airtel date and their customer service number is also not reachable. They should provide a tracking number or sms which clarify the current status of fastag. I have contacted on their emails more than 20 times but no response...

I ordered fastag from airtel on 21 nov 2019. And shipped on 30 nov and today it's 15 dec but i haven't received my fastag. From today it's mandatory to apply fastag on vehicle. I have been suffering from slow internet speed but when I complaint to customer care specialist he misbehavioed with me and I have complaint so many times but there is no progress and whenever i tried to connect with customer care the call is not connecting and only wasting my precious time.

I am experiencing very slow internet connection in my area. Please fix it soon as possible or i will change my network - [protected]. They say airtel is the world's # fastest network. But i couldn't even send whatsapp messages on time. A message through whatsapp takes two minutes to send by using airtel network. They have been charging 598 rupees for the network and assures 1 and half gb of data for 3 months. But couldn't use even 100 mb of data per day due to slow network. Why the fcuk in this world do i pay for a service that i couldn't use comfortably....

I can't use airtel 4g internet services at every evening. And the horror is persistent till morning. I am using [protected]. And reported same problem previously. It seemed the company is busy buying time from us in order to fool us by slowly decreasing the speed every evening until i cant use the service.

I recharged on my number for an unlimited pack costing 598 ruppees with protected payment gateway and the money has been deducted from my account. It is even showing in transaction history of the app. But still the recharge is not done yet. No refund given. I did recharge with google pay and the payment is showing to be done in both the google pay and airtel app transaction history. I have been robbed by airtel....

Kindly resolve my problem that every time when i browse a specific web site it is redirecting to one airtel.in/rcconf.. I tried to solve this by removing cookies and and cache and cleared browsing from setting.. But the problem is still persisting and i couldn't access to the specific web page... Kindly solve this problem from my pc as soon as possible so that i can do my work with out any barriers.

After lodging complaints here about the slow 4g speed at every evening till dawn airtel previously increased the speed of internet 4g. But soon after they decreased the speed day by day slowly, until the 4g internet is almost inaccessible at every evening till dawn. My number, [protected] is suffering this problem.
Plse penetrate into this matter to wipe out the problem.
