Getting extremely poor 4g signal coverage (-120 to -110 dbm) indoors barely 500m away from tower, there's like 1-2 buildings in between - that's all. Download speeds fluctuate a lot (Ranging from 0.5 megabits/s to 3 megabits/s). Upload speeds are completely garbage - don't even get 0.1 megabits/s on uploads. I've taken airtel secure plan which covers handset damage. On 4th jul 2019 my phone got damaged and i claimed for the insurance. After a 2 days of continuous email and call struggle they contacted me. After verification of all the documents they took the phone for repair. Why can't i send message from my mobile even with sufficient balance available

How to check whether sms service on my number is enabled or blocked

Really it’s totally a worst experience by availing airtel connection. Completely dissatisfied and disappointed.
Airtel customercare is providing wrong assurance to get more customers..

This is with utmost regret that i ve been trying to reach my mother 76 and aunt 60 who have airtel prepaid no.
