I live in ishmailpur, haryana. There are around 30 users of airtel near my house but everyone faces same problem of network issue (Voice and data) both.

After trai regulation, dth networks are expected to charge per channel rates. But airtel has fixed packages only and doesn't allow for individual channel selection. We went to the nearest airtel store for duplicate sim card with same number but they didn't provided us with the same and asked for 1000 cash and when refused to do so they said they will not be able to provide us with the sim as it is of different state.
