Airtel DTH customer care not to help me choose the channel many times call but he did not help me regarding this airtel customer very rudely talk to customer

Since last two months i am paying my mobile bill on time via cheque by depositing into the nearest gallery... But my outgoing calls are deactivated... Reason... Bill not paid...
