Sir, even a single day has not elapsed after the end of validity of my no but you just deducted main balance even without giving any prior info rather the main balance was deducted and the informed.
Also deduction has put me into a situation where i have to get it recharged again to use of the validity so why such balance deduction was made, i just want my money returned back...

I'm very upset by airtel postpaid services, my only and primary number is showing error of mm2 : sim not provisioned, even paying so much customer care and airtel stores, this issue isn't been resolved..

Sir i am continuing complaint to airtel dth company to stop ndtv india channel but the company tell me this channel is not in your subscribe channel list but the airtel dth still brodcast this channel they can't stop this channel and they charge me this channel price so i humbly request to you take some strict action with airtel dth to stop this channel.

I'm a old customer of airtel. Recently the service has become in a very poor stage. The network strength is very low, for that reason internet speed has reduced to a cow drawn cart. I'm unable to talk with my family & friends without any interruption. Not even able to use internet properly. But airtel is advertising "airtel is india's fastest network". Shame on you airtel. Hello i am airtel some for past 15 yrs it was doing ok but for past 2months their service is worst i am unable to make calls or receive calls (Call drop). I have got 4g mobile and 4g sim but maximum time it works on 2g. I paid them for 4g services and in return i am getting 2g service. It has been almost 15 days and not even got a confirmation for refunding the amount. The amount is big (35k) and airtel customer service is just delaying the refund with different excuses. I have filed the request on 12th of march and its still not resolved not even initiated the refund process.
They directly closed previous 2 request without even intimating me and this 3rd request also haven't got any call for confirmation....
