Airtel dth is not providing me the necessary services of the channels that i have selected in view of the recent announcement made by telecom regulatory authority of india;wherein all the operators have been directed to provide the services to the customers for the channels they will opt in addition to the mandatory channels. I have put in a request to change my current subscription package into the one with all the selected channels i wish to watch on 09-02-19 via sms (Customer id: [protected]). I contacted the customer care several times but did not get any satisfactory results. It was not possible to confirm the selected pack via the selfcare portal online or the myairtel app hence i had to use the qr code scanning method. It has been already over 48hrs and...

Pathetic customer service. Specially the last agent i spoke to. The lady customer service executive i spoke to at 3:26pm on 11th february. She is using language like "o god"... Keeping on mute while talking, requestioning back like "when did i say this", i didn't say this ok... All this in hindi. So this is the way u speak to customers. Recently i have port my vodafone no [protected] to airtel. After new sim is activated i tried to recharge through aritel app and other wallet recharges.. But all the transaction are failed.. Also i tried airtel compliant no more that 30 times, but the ivr voice keep on promoting the offer alone. Not even i have been connected to customer care person... Now my balance too drained and can't able to call.. Really fedup with airtel. Wortst experience...

Dear sir,

My name is merlin selva kumar, i worked with airtel from mar-14 to sep-2018. I had two pf accounts under one uan. I unknowingly raised the pf withdrawal request before merge the accounts. So i received only 12k. Rs.1, 03, 000 is still their in my account. But i can't withdraw the amount. Two times i raised settlement. But both the times it got rejected. Kindly help me to withdraw the available amount in my account....

I wanted to pay bill for airtel postpaid number ([protected]) of rs.470 from my airtel number/wallet ([protected]) but when i reached the last step of payment, it shows technical error and rs.470 deducted from my airtel wallet ([protected]).
Note: bill payment not successfull and not found any transaction id.

I was recharging a mobile no [protected] on 24/01/19 of 448/- but recharge failed message showed and payment deducted from my credit card which transaction id is [protected]. Approx 17 days left but no refund came in my credit card till now i.e. On 11/02/19...

I currently have access to all SD & HD channels through an annual package valid till July this year.

I am being forced to switch to other plans which are extremely expensive and at the same not providing the channels I regularly watch.

I have written 3 emails to the Nodal officer and there is no response till date.

Would request TRAI's intervention to resolve this....

I have opted channels list according to directions of TRAI but till now after many requests, all channels are not showing on my TV. I have also informed to customer care by mail with a copy to the nodal officer but till now no response given to me. On 10feb. I recharged my airtel to 499 plan with internet banking sbi, it said to have been successfully completed and i got a message from 121 that my recharge of id xxxxxxxxx has been initiated but till now i haven't got the amount in my balance it's been 24 hours now. Bought a new sim and on 27dec my old recharge expired and that's how i wanted to credit it with 499 with a plan of 2gb per day for 80+ days. Till now i haven't received any...

There is endorsement that network is working due to bad weather or there is some thing near dish. I have called customer care several time on number 121 or 12150 but my call is not received. It is answered that our customer care officer are busy. You call after some time. It is ridiculous...

Before trai regulations of february 2019, i opted for infinity pack of airtel. After la carte guidelines of trai, i switched to la carte offer of airtel and it seems i am being now charged for both. Please inform airtel to charge me only for la carte channels i opted for.

I had done the port out from idea to airtel about 2 weeks back and 3days back the porting was successful and i was using the airtel services. All of a sudden the services were cancelled and re-ported to idea with out any prior communication at 2:00am. I have paid 399rs for airtel to use their services, and was disconnected with in a day after paying 399rs.

I am from punjab a customer of airtel dth. I want to activate discovery infotainment+sports pack which is given by discovery networks. There is only two discovery bouquets are given by airtel dth. The bouquet is also submitted in the documents given to trai but not provided by airtel dth. Kindly look upon my request as early you can so i can easily watch these without any disruption.
