As per TRAIL rule I have selected the channel required. Yesterday around 6.20 PM entire dish connection was disconnected and it show error code 4.When I contacted Airtel customer care they informed it will take 48 hrs to resume channels. As they are updgradting as per new TRai plans. No intimation is given to customer before doing such upgradation. Very poor response of Airtel service... Really feedup with the service of Airtel digital......

My name is Tanvir I chose the pack on 1st Feb 2019 and submitted it I got the message within 48 hrs your pack will be activated. On 2nd Feb 2019 my connection is cut off. Hi, airtel has charged on my post paid bill around 376 rupees for using the services of 543212 (Which we haven't used this service. I had my international roaming activated on my card since 2013. It was working fine all this time until last month. I had enough money on the card but now, no messages and no calls on this number. I have all my india accounts, ids configured with this number and i need to keep it active.

Please suggest if there is a way to re-activate it?...

Amount of rs 360 was received by airtel staff along with a receipt of payment. But the payment is still pending and airtel customer care is saying no payment is received.

I recharged my account on 2nd feb 2019 with 200 rs, even though the amount is showing in transaction history it's not visible in the account balance.
I am unable to select new channels using trai regulations even on website or mobile or dth tv.

I have recharged my airtel number +91-[protected] with 3998 pack today[protected] and then I came to dubai( UAE ) then I was able to use my data services but I can not make any international calls or receive any calls.
