I had called airtel customer for details regarding my internet pack. The service i received was not at all pleasing and she was showing me attitude in return. What kind of support are you offering where i am not able to resolve my issue and also she was behaving rudely towards me. I have never faced such bad response from any customer service. Highly disappointed. Request you to really look into this so it is repeated with any of other customer...

International roaming rental is automatically taken from my mobile without any notice. Even i didn't make any calls or receive any calls, i am working in japan since 5 years. Previously it happen in case of accidental attend of any incoming calls. But now days they deduct it without any notice. Also i am unable to contact their customer service in japan. It shows international roaming rental due to low balance.in that case why don't they...

Since 3 months there is no proper connection at ganapathinagar, chikbanavara bangalore, suddenly the connection goes down, and there is no connection at all for hours. It's been the same for almost everyday, and internet speed whenever there is little connectivity it's almost the speed of 2g!! The service is horrible. We request this should be addressed immediately...

We all family members are using airtel prepaid network and facing a common problem. Whenever we call someone, no voice signal is received. It happens around 7 times out of 10. It is too much irritating. Please resolve this problem as soon as possible otherwise we have to change the network. Pin code of my area is 342008....

I activated a new airtel 4g sim on dated[protected]Sunday) but it's not connecting to 4g network although my phone is 4g and internet speed is too slow not more then 80 kbps.
I had used a airtel 4g sim earlier also but it worked nicely but as i purchased a new one it is not working in our area.
It is my sincere request to short out my problems as quick as possible

I'm facing Call Drop in 4 calls out of 10 calls.
& Is it real 4G ?
I'm getting 25kb/s to 150kb/s data speed.
Is the company is earning profit by giving such a ads like "fastest network" but it's not giving service.
I'm having plan of 1.4gb/day but it vanishes quickly. Else Jio is giving better data & it doesn't vanishes quickly.
I'm at the full range area network. Still facing call Drop....

My airtel no [protected] service is very poor.in my place no network, always call drops.. Always no service, no network, no internet speed, so i completed 92 days as on today, i suppose to port out my no but airtel deliberately arrashment and rejection my poor out request 2 times on dated 18 th jan and 19 th jan 2019 i repeated again generated unique code and again port out requested toady 20 th jan... I already launched complaint about rejecting...

My airtel no. Incoming services is stopped because of minimum monthly recharge of rupees 35 /-.

I did wrong recharge by mistake. And now company is not reversing me the same. I told them to take transaction id. And any other details they required so. But they refuse to grant me my money. Please help.

Airtel dth has suspended our all tv channels... I have talked them more than 4 times.. They always say"mam we have registered your complain and it will be resolved.". But they are befooling.. We are paying it for every single day and they are not solving any grievances.. We are from middle class family and cannot let it go like that.. Through this i request to resolve it as soon as possible.....

Whenever anybody wants to call me it shows that my phone is out of reach or switch off even if t is Properly working...
Resolve this Otherwise I'll go for by another way...

My airtel prepaid mobile [protected] migrated from postpaid to prepaid on 7th jan 2019 service stopped working from past 12 days due to the error sim card registration failed. Tried inserted sim using a different phone but never worked. I tried contacting airtel customer care many times...

My airtel number is [protected] but now i regret why i have port my previous connection to airtel. I am facing this slow internet speed in every location so far though internet setting is already on data roaming and LTE but i am not able to experience so called fastest airtel internet. Even i have complained on customer care number in this regard (Ref no. for my request is C4GSP[protected])
I dont want to stand on terrace in this winter...

I paid Rs.6007 on[protected] for booking of Airtel Broadband connection.Payment screen shot attached - Transaction ID[protected]
After 5 days i received a call from Airtel saying that we can't provide you a connection in this area due to some technical issue and your money will get refunded in your account.

Its[protected] today, I am yet to get the refund.I think it is a case of fraud where i can't even track status...

Airtel has registered a weird address as my residential address. I have informed airtel several times about this mistake and asked them to make corrections immediately. Airtel seems to be just dodging and telling

Recently deposited an amount of rs. 2000 through upi in my airtel wallet. Now when i try to do any transactions from it a notice appears and says "debit for this account is not allowed". I would like a refund if airtel can't process transcations beacuse it sure as hell can accept addition of money into the wallet. Neither can i transfer the amount to anyone nor can i use it to recharge my or anbody else's number....

Your airtel provide says give new card and give me 500 rs i have give him 500 rs before 2 month but till date he not give new sim card and he says you are not able to new card and your 500 rs is not refunded.. My pre paid number [protected] has been deactivated i have recharged on 17th jan 19 from airtel care to activate it but still it is not activated. It been 48 hrs of recharge. I have tried reaching to customer care but there no response i have sent mail to [protected]@airtel.com but there no proper reply. Really fed up with airtel. Airtel customer service people very rude too....

Yesterday evening i tried to recharged of 23 rupees airtel prepaid number through net banking i got the message on airtel official website that recharge unsuccessful but major issue is that balance deducted from my account.
