I am using airtel service provider, i changed my sim from 3g to 4g yesterday only and inserted sim to redmi note 6 pro.
After inserting my sim, i am unable to read or get any single sms,
This is my primary number which linked with bank and other portals.
Facing too much problem while getting and reading otp.
Please request you to resolve my problem....

I have done airtel international pack of rs 1199. I am not able to do any phone calls. All incoming and outgoing services are blocked. I called customer care 5 times in 2 days. Just got 4g sim but still getting e for internet. I have unlimited package 399 rs 84 days and 1.5 gb per day... Called to customer care they given some instruction s followed same but still getting e for internet not getting 4g.. Again called to customer care still they giving same instructions... I live in pratap nagar, jaipur. Here the 4g speech of airtel is quite slow and disappointing. Few months ago the speed used to be ok but now i get an average of 10kbps, and i noticed on some websites claiming the average net speed in india to be 5mbps. It is only in the morning time near about 4am when the net speed touches 4mbps otherwise the whole day i get irritated with the net speed, so i came here to complaint. I get only 3 signal bars...

My airtel mobile number suddenly stopped working, this was in continuous use. Even 5 minutes before it stopped working i had received sms. Please check and let me know what needs to be done.

I have an airtel no:[protected].in that said mobile no a/c balance was rs.66.84/-. But an amount of rs.23 was debited from my account. When i called airtel customer care today just now, the had informed to maintain validity of the sim they had debited such amount without having clear guideline from trai.

We are facing too much network issue in bial bangalore, have to try multiple times for a single call, background noise, call drop is there and 4g data is not working
Since its from last 6 months, for this we made a complaint in airtel customer care more than 5 times, still issue persisting.

Always we are hearing readymade answers like ibs is upgrading for future network, but i don't have faith...

I paid a 6 month advance rental of rs 6903/- for my airtel broadband (User id in september 2018 and discontinued the service in november 2018.
A refund has to be made for 3 months for which the service has not been used. December 2018 - february 2019

My outgoing sms service is not working (I check recently). I also visit to respective website of airtel and also try call at 121 but they both are of no use.
Due to poor complain service of airtel, i am facing a lot of trouble.

Kindly provide me the call history for the month of november and december-2018, with all call charges, services and service charges and also about any deductions, individually like service name and service chage deduction and calling number and call charge for that particular number, even if there is any incoming call charge indicate the call charge for that particular incoming call, kindly resolve it as soon as possible.
