Recharge refund not credited back

Done recharge of 299, it failed, 299 debited . received SMS stating refund will be credited within 7-10 business days. No info till then, no amount credited back...

No Installation or Confirmation from Airtel

Hi,

I have ordered one Airtel Digital TV on 20th July 2022 with payment of Rs.1281/- online. As of now my digital TV installation has not happened. I received my customer ID - [protected]. Till today I called upto 20 to 30 times but had no response on this.

I am also unable to contact anyone on customer care number as there are no option coming to talk with executive....

Data recharge not reflecting on Airtel account

I have recharged the daily data of 1gb (Rs.18) thrice. Twice on 22nd and once on 23rd July 2022, out of which one was refunded. I have tried contacting the customer service. But have been connected to the bot attender. The transaction nos of the recharges are :

Regarding unnecessary usage of data

I am using airtel since 5 years and i was very satisfied with their services but i m very much annoyed with this network lately . From last 1 year its happening that all my data get exhausted on its own i dont use it at all . My Airtel Sim card is unable to receive calls. I currently live in Qatar.

I've been using the same number (+91 [protected]) for the previous four years, and until November 8, 2021, the Sim card worked well. Even while I was working in Qatar, I received missed calls and everything.

Owner ship wrong entry & signal lost

Unable to recharge my airtel number online and offline, now sim showing invalid

I have been having a Voice Plan Land Line from Airtel at Bangalore in my residence.
I am using Plan Rs.99 + Taxes.
However from last 5 months they are sending bill for Broad Band .
I have never applied for Broad Band.
AIrtel has never installed Broad Band . Airtel has never provided even Modem
So how they can bill for Broad...

No Service after porting into airtel

I’ve submitted port in request to airtel on 18th July 2022.
Even after 3 days, at 11pm 22nd July 2022 there is No Service on the new SIM.

Tried calling customer service multiple times but no use, really bad customer experience.

When will I get this activated?

Due to the ignorant service from airtel, I’ve missed important calls, this is really annoying.

I request airtel...

Airtel Postpaid onetime charges

Hi,

I took Airtel postpaid connection from JP Nagar 7th Phase Airtel Showroom on 20th June 2022. The Sim card activated same day. Showroom people mentioned it is free and no charges are charged.

Due to bad network, I called customer care on 2nd July and asked them to cancel. After 5 working days, they had cancelled the connection on 7th July.

airtel customer care executive harassment

I have been a loyal customer for Airtel for so many years. Recently, I had an issue with the recharge that I did and called the customer helpline. The first level agent could not help me so she transferred to a senior executive named Ajmir.
Ajmir was impolite from the beginning of the call and did not listen to my concerns. He was so rude that I felt intimidated throughout the call.

Not providing good internet speed and network issue
