There are call drop issues and slow internet connectivity owing to unavailabilty of lte feature for some days. As such we have been facing problems. So it is requested to take needful step....

Worst network i have ever seen in my life, i am not able to make calls and net surfing,
Airtel number is my official number.. It registered in bank and other official account.. I am facing several problems. If anyone try to call me, they can't reach my number.. Very bad network., previously i complained in airtel costumer care but they didn't revert back......

Today morning, i got an sms saying that the airtel value added service airtel namkeen has been activated on my mobile on 60/09/2018, and rs 35 got deducted from my account. When i called the customer care, they are blatently lying that it was me who activated the service and the services don't get activated automatically without my consent and deactivated the service and refunded back the amount immediately. I have never used...

Icon service (I have no idea what it is) often gets activated a few days after i recharge my talktime balance. 35/- deducted automatically and then another 5/- to deactivate the service. I do not need this service. And it doesn't get deactivated permanently.

Kindly deactivate this and credit back my money.

Dear sir/madam,
Whenever i am charging there is automatic deduction for some offer or other without my consent. Please stop auto deduction of short film service from my number [protected], which happened just now. I wonder if you could disabled this type of any offer or services in future without prior consent.
Hope you will resolve this issue and return my money back to my account

I have complained many times regarding poor reception in my tower no.1 premises. I. E. Near my building in the lower floors and escalators. Where as its very poorer on 8 floor onwards. Where as vodafone has full reception every where. Many residents have ported to vodafone and those with multiple sims have ported to jio. I have multiple sims. Airtel broadband Sales man provides false statement on tariff plans. In my area they maximum bandwidth is 2mbps only. But the sales told will provide 40 mbps for the 899 plan. But I am getting only 2mbps speed. If I call the sales person, he is not picking my calls. Very worst support from sales person once the connection got....

My Airtel mobile Internet has stopped working on my Airtel No. 940XXXX484 since 9th Sep’2018 & I had registered the complaint No. 87529591 on 9th Sep itself at Airtel Customer care No. Customer care has assured me that the problem will be resolved within three days’.

Since months, airtel has been harassing me to port into their network with regular calls (Twice a day). I believe their sales and marketing team is worst in the market because they can't understand customers disinterest.
I therefore want to lodge a complaint against airtel for harassing me and also want to end this never ending stupidity of airtel to call people who have already mentioned no interest in porting.br...

i already complaint so many times for my landline number[protected], i request you kindly visit the place and solve the problem of landline connection that this problem of not working of broadband is face so many time and there is no action is taken by you. Kindly solve it as soon as possible....

I am staying abroad. Since tata docomo was not working properly so i switched to airtel. Now they have activated this service with out my permission and deducted rs.150 and again rs.75. Even to stop the service i am sending messages but it is not going through.

Even i am mailing to 121 but to no use.

I am aware of the fraudulent tricks these telecom companies do to make easy money.

Incoming and outgoing, both are not working.

Airtel deducted my balance without any concent from no: 75××××××01

I have not choosed any 6t seconds wap service yet on my airtel mobile but i have been charged rs99.0 for 30days. Now my a/c balance: rs48.29 at 06:26.
Why? As there was enough balance only!

I need my money back immediately else i will port to jio or others...

Am using airtel broadband connection. Every day am getting calls from airtel customer care to convert my mobile network to airtel from vodafone.in-spite of informing am not going to opt this and don't call again and again they are calling every day and am missing some of important calls because of these people. This is happening from past 3-4 months....

This is to inform you that Bharti Airtel has automatically activated Games Fort value added service in my mobile number and is deducting my balance by 35 rupees a week. I called them up several times to resolve the issue but they didn't bother to listen. I am very shocked to see this type of attitude from Airtel. I hope you will look over my problem and get a good solution of it....
