I have purchased samsung s9 plus from airtel online store . While purchasing the phone offer was reflecting like 80gb of data per month, amazon prime membership, 1 year mobile protection plan ...after I received the phone my plan has been automatically changed ..it became 40gb of data no membership ..No airtel secure plan ...after calling to customer care it was a worst experience no response ...as a customer I'm suffering not company ...after...

Recently I have noticed that Airtel is deducting money from my prepaid balance of prepaid mobile number [protected] for a service called WHATSMOB. I am not even aware of this service, without my knowledge and consent they just started deducting the balance.

This is totally a fraudulent behavior of the company and they are looting the people without any ethics...

fraud by activating services automatically

On my phone few services are activated automatically without any subscription. Every time balance debited .
It feels like they are cheating and making their money from these kind of frauds. The problem is not with me because I already knows about these frauds but all this happened with my father .they are not so highly qualified and unable to know that why all these charges are debited....

prepaid recharge and worst customer care service

I recharged my number with 69 rs pack (all locals and std calling free for 20 days) on 18th of july which is not activated immediately and in this perception i made some callings and i lost my balance . when i called to your customer care exective on 19th july he then activated the plan but when i asked him about reimbursing my lost balance he cut the phone abrupltly and rudely . i am sorry to say but i used airtel first time and you provide...

I have submitted Porting request (Port Req Description : Mumbai Airtel to Bangalore Airtel) on last week (12th July 2018). After that airtel executive has called me and explained there will not be any discontinuation of network during morning time as well as airtel will inform prior regarding the porting activity.

But your technical executives did the porting on peak morning...

frequent network failure

While talking in phone call sudden the call is disconnecting due to network failure ..not one time so many time this was happen ...i am very much disappointed with Airtel ..understand the problem if we are in important client call if it is sudden disconnected how you will get frustrated i am experienced about this..please take the necessary action on Airtel .

I have done recharge of Rs.399/- o 12th July 2018 for the Airtel mobile number [protected] in the name of Addepalli Savitri Gowri picking it from the offers available to the number. However, it is not activated. On verification of the receipt, I found that mobile number was noted differently, i.e., as [protected].

not able to recharge my airtel number neither able to port

Good Evening Sir,
I am not able to do online recharge of my number [protected] via any method like paytm, my airtel app, airtel website, phone, etc etc. The only way to recharge is to go the 2km far retailer store. I have called the customer 100 times but no resolution.
This is the problem with my number only, I have all the recharges of other airtel numbers. So many times I have called customer care.

poor customer service at airtel showroom in koramangala

Today I went to purchase a dongle for my personal use and have to wait it for more than 45 minutes only for the telling that as of now it's not available. Then after a person came from inside and he handled over the device. Even after all this they have giv3n me hotspot device where I had asked for dongle for my laptop...It's the poorest service which I have ever received by the airtel....

unethical behaviour of air company and employees

I had given an application for disconnection my number +[protected] on 16 March 2018. I cleared all my bills same date.

They acted promptly and disconnected my connection same day.

After two months of disconnection they started following up for bills. It has been very frustrating for me work. I gets numerus call and mails from Airtel for bill payment, even though I have completed all formalities for closing...

network issue , voice quality

This complain i have been continuously following up with Airtel . since 2017 Jan. Today its july2018. my location is Bangalore, Whitefield area.
The voice quality is poor, due to network congestion the voice cracking occurs in 3G mode . where as in 4G VOLTE mode, i need to make multiple attempts to get one call connected . Its either not connected or mute call after connection.
The 2G has better quality than other 2. THe data...

unnecessary torturing calls from airtel

I get 2-3 calls daily from airtel company. I have told their telecallers that i dont want to change my current mobile network into airtel, still i get calls daily.
Everytime they are calling from some new number. If airtel is not getting business that doesnt mean that you will start harassing people by calling 3-4 times daily.
Whenever i ask airtel employees that from where did they get my number they disconnect the call.br...

idle maintenance charges by airtel dth

Airtel DTH have charged Rs. 15/- for delayed recharge, as they named it as “Idle Maintenance charges”.
There is no information available on their website or SMS sent for the recharge.
And this was confirmed /accepted by customer support person that nowhere is mentioned, even though we will charge for it.

They have refunded Rs. 15/- after a long call and few mail conversation.
Finally they have closed...

Airtel prepaid account [protected] not getting recharged online via anymode.
issues facing since Dec'17.
I have raised many complaints by calling 198 for online recharge issue, even tweeted on the Airtel page, but there is no help.

Whenever i try recharge my account with 448 rs, it fails with amount getting deducted from my bank account.
this is my last try...

I have been trying to send PORT sms from my airtel number [protected]. However, the SMS is not getting delivered to the server. I have tried over 50 times in last week. I even tried changing the handset. It seems that Airtel has blocked any sms going to 1900 to ensure that customers don't leave this pathetic service provider and harass them....

Auto renewel was happening and no deactivation information and no response from airtel. this illegal with out my consent and interfernce they are just deducting my balance for use.

unavailability of mobile network & internet
