Hi,

I am facing an issue while trying to change my mpin as it has been blocked. I know, what is my pin but its been blocked previously so want an attempt to login again or change it with the details.

Issue:
1. I dont know what is the first name. Last name or dob. Whether it's asking details of my adhaar card when i did my kyc or something else.

2. I know my mpin. As you know, it's in blocked...

I have an airtel dth connection which i do not use much due to availability of content at much cheaper prices online. I am trying to relocate to a different house and in case i need to shift my connection, i am supposed to pay 150 rs for disconnecting here, 250rs plus cable cost for reconnecting at my new place. This is for a service i do not use at all anymore. So i thought of asking them to disconnect. The reference no. For disconnection...

Hello, we have found this number sending abusing messages and calls to us. [protected] - we tracked it is in bramapur, odisha (Ankush ur, ganjam district). When we are calling back they disconnect the call. We undergoing stress because of this day to day issue.

We need owner name and address to file a complaint in police station. Please do the needful....

Im gajendra kumar sharma, now im out of india and im using airtel prepaid sim last long time, now i got sms last night its auto activated the videoparler and cut from my balance (49rs), please i dont want kind of service pls deactivate service.

Note: im not request kind of service, because right now im out of india im using for sms purpose only.

You are sell us an unlimited call service against it cost n promises that you can call unlimited calls in india.
But i can not even contact toll free no by your services.
What's the meaning of your service, even if i can not contact to toll free no.
You also promises that your network is best but it is not true.
Please do improve your services...

Sir,
I have some money in my airtel payments bank.
I want to pay with that money but every time i try to pay with airtel money or airtel onlins debit card transaction is declined and message appear as getaway error at bank or wallet.

I can only recharge (Which i don't want) with this money and no other use.

In other words my money has stuck on my airtel payments bank. It is attached to my mobile...

I cant able to send sms for the past three months. I have contacted the customer care executives and explained the problem, more than 3 times. But the issue seem to be unresolved. Kindly look into this issue and do the needful. I have resetted my mobile and have tried to send sms, nothing happened. Also tried in different mobile phones.

Last 3 month:- in airtel network, i had made four mobiles portable, which i have not got any service. I am paying bill every month from 1500 to 1800 rupees.
No any mobile phone is not talking properly. Call waiting and call are not possible. The company is not engaging with me properly.
The company is charging me illegitimate bills.
Kindly suggest me or help.

I don't have internet connectivity since 16th june 2018, my modem shows fibre optic issue with red led indicator on.in spite of making several service requests to airtel customer care, no one has resolved till date (4th july 2018). Customer care also says that the underground fibre optic cable has the issue and they would be resolving it soon.

Mobile no. [[protected]]. A plan has been recharged on this no. Of 199 o[censored]nlimited calls of 1.4gb data per day for 28 days. By mistaken a recharge is done of 249 on this same no before it's expiry. This recharge is done on 6 june 2018. Can you please help me out what will going to happen with this either it will continue after the expiry of previous recharge or not?? I spend my money on both plans so why i get the value of only one plan....

Being a customer since nearly 5 years i was highly satisfied with your service. But since last week i am unnecessarily being harassed as you are debiting my balance in the name of various packs which definitely i have not activated. More then 100/ rupees have been debited and now my balance has declined to 3/ rupees. I will silently move to some other network as you have done robbery in broad daylight. Namkeen pack with a validity of 3 days got activated to my airtel number. Immediately after the sim was recharged. Rs 15 has been deducted from my account. This has happend not only once but several times. As soon as i recharge my account this namkeen pack gets activated without any warning. Please ask them to deactivate at once. I wouldn't be interested in any value added services...

I have been using airtel for over 3 years now. But the way the company treats its customers is pathetic.
They can't even provide 70kbs with their 4 g network and their 3g network is non existent.

Today i recharged with rs 424 in the morning. Everything was working good before recharge. But after recharge channels are not coming and showing error code-6. I have already contacted customer care for 5 times since morning and each time i got different solutions from customer care guys. It seems they are making fun out of the customer.

Dear sir,

I made a recharge on wrong number ([protected]) for inr 448 using amazon pay. After that i recharged correct number ([protected]) again as it was too urgent.

Then i approached amazon and airtel both in next 5 minutes but both said they can not help me on this.

Please get my money reverted in my amazon pay as a paid using amazon pay balance.
