I am a prepaid mobile subscriber of airtel. For the last three months, i have been facing this problem. I recharged my prepaid connection on 4th june for rs. 349 with order no [protected]. I have reached out to airtel support to deactivate my connection several times, but they are not disconnecting the service, instead they tell me that a senior executive will need to discuss the reason for disconnecting the number and will call you within 24 hours and nobody calls back. This has happened more than five times and i have been getting the bills every month.

Cannot use my data at all. Call drops continuously on every calls and sometimes cross connection takes place. And i have to call a person atleast 15-20 times then the call connects and i can talk. Hi. I bought a new 4g airtel sim 2 days ago. I am able to send messages but i'm not able to receive the same on my phone. I bought a new phone and had to replace my existing sim with a new one. I don't know why i'm able to send messages alone but not receive any. I am not able to carry out any online transactions since i'm unable to receive any otp. I am using cell number [protected] and the quality of the reception is very bad. If I use my phone to make a call my contact always complains the voice break, similar when I receive a call. This s a problem is maximum in my residence address.

I was not getting any network. After trying the sim in different phones i realized problem is with sim card. I Called the customer care at 121, they advised me to change sim. I got the new sim and inserted it in the phone slot. I received the signal in 10 min and a msg stating "your services have been set. Please restart handset". After restarting i'm getting a "no service" message. What is the issue. Why do i have to keep running around...

I have submitted for porting my airtel no[protected] from maharashtra circle to karnataka circle on may 21. It is still not completed. I have called all the complaint no without any result. Respected authority, please do take strict action on airtel services giving fake promises to costumer saying that airtel 4g is the best.in my locality visakhapatnam steel plant, township, sector 3. I request trai to please ban airtel in jharkhand. It is such a fraud company luring us by sucking money for what they are not providing. Very very useless garbage company a vittal trash. And he convinced me that there is no hidden charges and no sim activation charges it is totaly free from our side and he spoke a sugar coated word taught by you. As this is your policy to attract customer by using sugar coated fake words.

I met with an accident and my phone is damanged due to the phone fell down aling with me and my vehical. I am covered with insurence for my bike and for me as well. When i submitted the claim for handset insurance they said it is rejected due to negligence. How the hell it is come under negligence? This is a # service providing my airtel and everytime we submit claim they by default reject our claims saying improper handling....
