my 5 year old number allotted to someone else in just 5 month

My 5-6 year old airtel number has been allocated to anyone else and this number is registered in all my bank accounts, aadhar cards, pan and all. My privacy is at risk because all the sms (Verification code, otp, urn) still goes to this number and i am completely prone to fraud due to open information. How irresponsible my number of 5 years has been allocated to someone else. I never imagined that this would be negligence on behalf of airtel....

postpaid connection excess billing and poor network

1. Though plan 399 is opted, the bill is amounting to rs 680, 700 etc.. Why.

recurring additional billing

I am facing an issue with airtel continuously for the last 3 months on the additional charges of booster pack being added to my bills. Whenever i call them to complain, they are rude and mention it is adjusted. Why take money first and then adjust? not receiving text messages

I am not receiving text messages from any number on my airtel mobile. The problem started on 30th april 2018 and is still persisting. Please help at the earliest. My name is sonal singhal. The sim is on roaming. Request you to enable the services. My complaint number is [protected] logged by airtel customer care.

recurrent call drops

Since months i am finding that the calls made to people or others drop or fail most of the time and the company is doing nothing to prevent these inspite of repeated complaints.in 2017 the government had levied a penalty of re.1 per call drop but i find the network provider is not being charged the penalty at all not any credit is given to the customers.
If there is a government legislation then there should also be a control over...

balance deducted 150 rs by saying whatsmob service that I am not aware

Airtel has deducted 150 rupees from my mobile balance. SMS Is as follows:-

"WHATSMOB service has been activated @ Rs 150.00 for 30 days. TxnID N[protected], 30 Apr18 10:00. Service will be renewed after validity expriry. To deactivate, call or SMS STOP to 155223. More services? 56789."

I want my money to be refunded back to my mobile number [protected]. I called Airtel customer care as well. Customer care representative...

I am facing channel disturbance issue on my SD as well as HD channels. This is not the first time I m facing this issue. Same kind of issue occurred in past also and service center took long time to resolve this. Now again I am facing this issue when I complained the same to customer care, there was lot of disturbance in voice and when I complained it support executive ask me to call back and he dropped the phone. Such a pathetic call centre....

Hi,

Just now I linked my number with PayTm wallet from Airtel App but automatically RS 399 deducted from my existing PayTm wallet after linking that one. When I called to Airtel customer care executive for the same (Reuest ID - CEXCL[protected]) they told me now Rs 399 will work now only and existing Rs 448 scheem will be scrap out.

incompetent tech and customer support, undue and over billing

Even after atending patiently to the daily irritating cust care calls related to my number portability, below message is being sent. Instead of sending rep to attend the complaint, actions items have been assigned to customer. The lady called me last was super irritating, could not understand the plain english and kept asking same question multiple times even after answering the same.

recharged multiple times for same number

My tariff 509 ( Validity of 3 months with unlimited call and 1.4 gb/ day) is active from past one month.

By mistake I have recharged once again by Rs 199 on 30.4.18.

I know this a mistake on my part, However I request service provider to look into the matter and kindly either refund or extend my validity....

airtel refusing to refund for failed transaction

On 20th April I did a transaction ( txn#[protected] of Rs. 249 to recharge my airtel number, this transaction failed but the money was deducted from my account. After this failed transaction i did another recharge of Rs. 549 to sustain my service which was successful.

being harassed by multiple calls after raising disconnection request

I have been using airtel broadband for around 2.5 year, in past one year the speed quality (2mbps) has suffered and i have raised multiple requests to rectify it which went in vain. Since last one month Airtel is promoting its new plan in my ares (100 mbps), when i called customer care they said such speed upgradation is not reflected and cant be entertained. I have waited 1 month for them to upgrade the existing plan which never happened....

Our entire family is using airtel eventhough we are not getting satisfactory service in recent days. On april 25 — 2018, at 10.35 pm when i try to recharge internet amount of rs.98 to mobile no [protected], my bank ac is debited, but internet amount not credited to the mobile.
I have been trying for more than 30 timesto complain to your airtel no 121,
I could not. At the time of connecting to customer executive, it is disconnected....
