This complaint is regarding a network issues that are being faced by me at my residential area.
Here the network is really very pathetic.

Whenever working on network and being online the internet connection drops and when I check the broadband router it shows only 2 lights blinking rather than 3 when the connection is steady.Post 2-3mins the network comes back online. Hi, I am using Airtel number 9972*****4 from 13+ years, last week suddenly the mobile number got disconnected without any intimation, now I am not able to use my mobile number, as I was using from long time this number was linked to many other. When I called Airtel customer care they said, you are not using this number from 45 days, but I reached every month, I have proof about all those. I have tried to add money to airtel payment bank from sbi debit card rupay on 30th march 2018 but the transaction falied and ammount is not yet received till now
Airtel is claiming that they have refunded the amount on 2nd april but i did not receive money to bank..i have bank statement there is no entry about that refund

My Complient is that Airtel has a short range in my villege. The tower is situated atleast 10 km from my Home.
irtel — Poor network coverageThere is very Poor network coverage.

So large number of people dislike your network and change to Airtel, Vodafone
I like my Airtel . So please Take Further steps to recover this problem .

I want to port out from Airtel. I got an UPC code (AB595863) and gave to Retailer and done Fingerprint verification etc. He told me that it will take about 7 days but today is 10th day and the Airtel office is saying that it will be done tomorrow and saying this every next day. I upgraded my sim from 3G to 4G 4 days ago and both the sim stopped working. When I complained about the same in 121, they asked me to get a replacement sim with aadhar verification.
i did that yesterday and still none of the sim is working. Again I get the same suggestion from the customer care to go and replace the sim....

Rs. 35.0 has been deducted in my airtel prepaid mobile ([protected]) in the name of service VEMES. I have not subscribed for this service and for no reason they deducted my money.

I did the recharge for Rs 199 unlimited calls and 1.4gb data.but in this internet is not working...airtel is cheating the peoples...i have raised the complaints in 198.but there also no response..i called many times to 121 and 198.but still now no response..later i called to nodal office in that Service request number is invalid ( that number received from 198 care )...

My Airtel TV (btw one of the most expensive but incompetent and pathetic service provider) is not working from last month. I had been contacting the customer care from a lot of time - instead of trying to help they try to show it was my fault - you should have contacted technician/customer care even though I followed up everytime. The service is still not working.

I chose airtel because it is an indian company but regretting it now as network is damm poooooor people can not reach me, call drops.. I think airtel only invests money in tv and print advertisements and make false claims rather than investing in network improvement. Jio haa juat launched and giving amazing network to theirr users so what is the excuse airtel has now??? Will soon port if no action taken......
