incorrect information

I was promised 10 gb for 12 cycles from the retentions team at airtel and they added 10 gb for 6 cycles.

When i emailed they said they can't add it as its not compartible.

Im utterly unhappy and will port out my my company number, my dads company number and my sisters number to another provider.

Liars and cheats!!

wrong information by fort gallery

The person jignesh as a store manager.
In fort. Is telling me to convert postpaid to prepaid number. 120 days has to completed. But it was not righted any ware such role. And also he was not in a manner to with customers. And at last he told me that. Sir there are given target of postpaid is not achieved. That's why we are unable to do. What rabbis is going on in airtel.....

what's mob service

Today i.e. on 28.03.2018 at 04:04am I have received whatsmob service activated message and Rs.35/- has been deducted from my account. Now my balance is Rs.4.61. I have deactivated this service at 11:52am but up till now the airtel company did not remitted Rs.35/- into my account. Also tried to call to toll free no.[protected] but no response is there and the call cuts automatically... Therefore, the Airtel company is are requested to kindly...

money deducted twice but not refunded

Dear sir/madam,
I have recharged my airtel no at 09:54 am with rs.509, but it is observed that the transaction was initiated and further no message o[censored]nsuccessful or successful transaction was reported. Considering first net banking transaction to be a failure, i recharged second time with rs.509 at 10:46 am and it was successful but the issue here is that the money got deducted on first transaction as well as for the second transaction....

complaint for mobile no portability

I've ported my no.[protected] from aircel to airtel and i've also inserted new sim as advised by customer care team of airtel, but verification call to 59059 is not connecting. every time i try to call to 59059 it automatically get disconnects also I have registered in airtel network manually but unable to register .

Kindly resolve the above.

wrong bill generated and activated services without consent

I am a airtel postpaid user and i m using this connection from a very long time approx 5 years. Last year i was using a booster pack of rs 99 which gives the facility of one number free calling which i deactivated after switched to unlimited 599 plan, but the booster was still activated and rental was added in my next bill then i register a complain to deactive the same. after complaning so many times the service wasnt get deactivated. then...

mobile internet (4g)

I have been with airtel for past 3 years and still the network is very bad.
Under corporate plan.
Mobile means connectivity during move however there is no connectivity at all.
Call gets dropped in middle. Mobile internet speed is not at all 4g. However money being charged every month as it is a postpaid one. No standard regulations set yet? Can trai remove these kind of cheaters from markets?...

I got call from number [protected] on 28th march 2018. When he told me that i won a lottery of 25 lacs. He said he is calling from mohali head office airtel sector 11. Say about my name. But i say if all record u have then must have name. Then disconnected.
Please lodge my complaint about this

internet not working from last 3 to 4 days

I have recharged on my mother's mobile for rs. 179/- on 21st march'18.in which unlimited calls and 1 gb 4g data was offered per day for 28 days. There after from last 3 to 4 days internet stops working. For that i crossed check in airtel gallery as well and they confirmed to logged a complaint with airtel customer care but there phone always comes busy as usual. unable to make or receive calls

no network in the region

Multiple complaints has been raised as there is no network in the region being in central part of bangalore at embassy tech village, bellandur.
Just by giving ad's and telling india's fastest network and fooling customers that even in remote areas also airtel is better. First give proper service in cities and then cover remote areas.

Today its completely dead and not even possible to call customer care number and complain....
