I got a message from airtel verification team using that they didnt find a location then i guided them to location and i have done with verification process too .but still they have marked negative because of that i am not able to get a network .i have call to their number worst response from tangent av bangalore (airtel verfication team ) . they will cut the call without hearing anything ....

I received a message that I have been charged Rs49 for masti pack which I haven't opted. I don't know how I got it and I am unable to deactivate the same. I saw many complaints regarding this. And this is not the way company can charge their users without their consent. Kindly deactivate it and return the mentioned amount. My mobile number is [protected].

Hi, i am gaurav from dehradun, uttarakhand. I have been using airtel for many years. The internet speed was brilliant when i was using 3g connection but as and when i upgraded to airtel 4g it is really getting annoying day by day.
For facts and hardware concerns let me be clear i have a nokia 6 fully compatible with 4g/lte. The main problem is i have full signal strength but the quality of internet speed i am getting after 6 p. M....

Hi, online recharge failed on feb 17 2018, but the amount deducted from my account. I have raised the complaint against the same. I did recharge through airtel website on my mobile number [protected] on 21/2/18 for 509 rs. First time transaction got failed, so i did second time and second time transaction was successful.
