Hi,

I have added amount as per airtel guidelines 7000rs to airtel bank but when i'm sending this money to other person or in my bank account unable to do so.

Now they are saying you can utilize this money as recharge mobile or some selected policy or others bill.

Please help to get back my money in my personal bank account.

I am trying to activate my new connection airtel no that is [protected], but since from 10 days i am getting only that we have technical problem we can not proceed this time and without listening any thing they disconnecting my call. I am very diaappointed with the behaviour and way of talking withbthe customer.

I have ported from aircel to airtel on 2/3/18. And my aircel sim is deactivated on 5/03/2018. But still airtel is not yet activated. It doesn't showing a network. Since that is my official number, i was in trouble. I would missed many important calls because of this issue. It is very urgent.
No out going or incoming calls. So pls resolve this as soon as possible....

Airtel network services stopped working from 4th of march, 2018.

I have my airtel app, which shows that i have the rc 449 plan valid for 69 more days.
I want my services to be back available as soon as possible and also extend my plan for the number of days that i have lost due to this issue.

To update this with my Aadhar I requested for change of ownership (Corporate account to Individual) as per email from Airtel dated Feb 18, 2018 and submitted my Aadhar along with NOC from Company (as required) on Feb 24, 2018 at Sector 15 Faridabad.

On March 3, 2018 at 3:48 PM – SMS : Thank you for your interest in Airtel! Received request for activation...

I have a airtel sim which a 3g network sim. Since 5 days i've sent request for changing it to 4g sim with the sim number on 121 and i've also received the message that they will port my 3g sim to 4g within 24 hrs but till now my new 4g sim is not operated and that 3g sim also not working. So kindly plz port my number into 4g sim so that i can have my number back in a working state....

I have ported [protected] and [protected] from idea to airtel. Now i am unable to receive calls from connect landlines. Whenever someone try to call they got the error message that number does not exist on both the numbers i have ported to airtel.. When i return call them do not tak responsibility about sim service

I have done porting from aircel to airtel on 22-feb-2018 and bought airtel sim. Since then i have not received airtel tower in my mobile. Porting id was generated and submit aadhar and requested documents to airtel, but till now i did not received tower. Also the people who are sitting in airtel stores are not responding properly. I have been frustrated by airtel now. I request to solve my problem asap.

I was travelling abroad to for 30 days and had taken 30 days international roaming pack from airtel.

Unfortunately my stay got extended for couple of days and had switched off my data. (But unfortunately without my knowledge the data was on for couple of seconds and as per the bill, post 30 days for the data i consumed, airtel should have charged my only 32.5 inr. But instead, they have renewed the international pack for rs...

Why does not the phone call after only 6:30 in the evening, calls to ONLY airtel, after which the phone does not seem to be calling on other networks Why is it happening so why it is not happening on this number since the unlimited recharge I did get it from now on. I our district the Airtel connection is very weak. Many times we are not able to call so I request you to take some action to improve the network signals of our district Tirupur Tamil Nadu . We had already completed about this but we had not seen any changes in our signals. I request you to take a severe action to improve the network...

Have tried recharging my airtel number from their own website, First time it was unsuccessful and 647 rs refunded, Second time again tried after a hour, then also unsuccessful and refunded, Third time tried in the evening, again unsucessful but not refunded.

I Have tried approaching customer care, No one is responding. its been a week i have not got the money back .

For the Airtel number:[protected], Airtel relationship no: [protected], In the current bill for period26-Jan-2018 to25-Feb-2018, international roaming [protected]@1199 unlimited incoming- 10 days pack &international roaming @ 2999 unlimited incoming- 10 days pack was activated without my consent.

I specifically called on 7th of Feb 2018 to deactivate all international roaming packs activated on the same...

I am from rajasthan my airtel data is not working. It's speed is very slow when i recharge it is very fast and afresh some days it's speed is getting slow and i am not using it so please work on it and well do my data my worked has stop ed if you don't do anything then i bought jio sim and say to all that airtel data is worsted thanks if you want that your work is not stopped then do my airtel speed well. My son lost his sim, he is in abroad and how can i get duplicate sim. You can send reply at an early i will be happy and proced some work. Thanking you sir. I am also using 3 g sim vide number [protected] and i want 4g sim. Local airtel dealer not going issue the above and he is demanding rupees 150/- i.
