worst service provider in india

I made a complaint about network issue and its been a one month and still m facing an issue. If you are not able to give a better service then why are you asking for bill-payment? We are ready to pay but for better service not for poor and abusive services. Its pathetic and i think you should #officially declare your self as india's one of the worst service provider....

airtel customer care not processing the request & taking the money

I'm trying to port my number from past 2 months and airtel people are just asking me to pay money for converting my number from postpaid to prepaid. After sending the sms to port the request is rejected from airtel. Now i have to recharge in airtel for 1999 which says unlimited calling for local std roaming but still i'm not able to call roaming numbers other states. When i'm trying to call customer care they are just rejecting my calls....

[protected], i have migrated my number from postpaid to prepaid on 25.11.2017, on the same day the my connection was disconnected, nor postpaid sim was working nor prepaid was active, then i took somwones phone and called the cc 198 may times everyone fail to inform that the conservation takes 24 hrs not ever your arc agent has informed me about this, really made things terrible to me.

pathetic network issues and customer service.

I have been talking to airtel from almost 7 months regarding the pathetic network issues. I would have made 100's of calls to customer service to get it resolved, but there was no help at all.

Since, i did not get any positive help or response, i stopped using the service abruptly. And, also i had made it clear to them that i will not pay the dues till the issues are resolved.

false billing for postpaid customers

Last month even after not utilizing the data balance for airtel postpaid, airtel charged 500 rs for data charges. While looking at exceptionally high bill i checked the bill thoroughly and found that it is incorrect. sirius internet and calling network issue with 4g

I am facing very bad network issue since october and after giving complaints too there is no changes in the quality.

serious network issue with both internet and calls in my tumkur

Hi,
My internet speed is very slow with speed of 2g, most of the times it doesn't work at all. Also i am facing voice drop and call drop issues. Every time they enquire, register a complain and promise to resolve it in few days, but those few days never gets over. I have been facing this issues regarding poor network and internet connectivity from long time and now i am thinking to port my number. I am really very very disappointed...

recharged on this but not transferred to dish provider account

I recharged 350/- on 24-11-17, transanction done msg came with bill, but according dish tv, no recharged is on that nor till now credited. Both side contacted so many times on mail or voice. my number always in not reachable

My phone number always saying not reachable. I am not getting any calls in my number. I phone number is [protected]/4g sim.
Please solve this problem. I am facing this problem in last two weeks. I am restart my phone many times but this problem was not solved. Immediately solve this problem. Otherwise i am going to change my network. All type signal is getting to my number but also it saying not reachable. Check the problem.....

broadband speed never more than 3 mbps for a 40mbps connection

Not sure how this mail is processed. I am writing this as a last resort. Probably a mail bot will send me an auto response.

Firtly, i have a 40mbps vdsl broadband connection but this connection is supported by airtel 4g hotspot from my phone!!! Ironic.

- ever since airtel shifted to vdsl, the consistency and reliability of bandwidth has deteriorated.

They simply deducted rs.35 for a week and added that it will be renewed after 1 week validity. To deactivate sms stop to 155223. And the money is gone.

I deactivated it and next day another rs.49 got deducted for hot chillies without ant request from our part. This is frustrating us. I am gonna port to idea soon.
