Regrettably, upon receiving the delivery, it became evident that the product I received does not align with the product description, images, or specifications provided on the website at the time of purchase. The delivered product is substantially different from what was advertised, leading to a grave disparity between my expectations and the reality of the received item.
Despite promptly raising multiple complaints, as indicated by the complaint reference IDs mentioned above, I have encountered considerable difficulties in initiating the return process for the incorrect product. The return requests have been canceled repeatedly, leaving me in a predicament where my ability to return the product within the designated period is jeopardized.
