When i tried to return, but i can't contact them as the contact no is still showing not reachable.

I have ordered the sky blue digital printed western collection dress (Image below) product on 8/9/2019, sunday at 2.07pm with order i'd:[protected]. But i received a different/wrong item from this which i have ordered (Image below).
I have requested them through e-mails to return my order n refund my money.

I have received entirely wrong product from which i ordered and what i got. The order status is still showing pending. Not able to raise to return request also. I have dropped a mail on the company's website but no response yet and when trying to reach the contact number provided it's not reachable and not ablet to contact via whatsapp also. Please help on the same...

I receive wrong product black gown instead of pink kurti 0303. This unexpected so please change to this kurti. This is very bad experience with your company. Your company is very bad in online shopping. You saying write complaint in 350 words because you don't want to solve the problem. So i ordered a maxidress from clothing heart worth 699 a white maxidress.. The product they have sent is absolutely diffrent and small size.. They do not have any return policy option on website neither the query people reverting ... Clothing heart online is a fraud, who sells everything possible by cheating and fraud. Webiste is fake. There is no return policy. They send wrong size and trust me the material is so bloody cheap looks yak. They display beautiful photos of the fabric they sell and upload their advertisement in facebook. Infact everyone gets decieved then tend to order. The number provided on webiste is fake. The cell is always switched of and they block...

As u send me wrong kurti n wrong size, n very cheap material.. I don't expect this. Want to return the product. As i don't like material n size n colours, n it's totally damaged that i don't want.

I ordered a western dress of rs 799/- on 13 apr 2019 but still not received the product even when i am trying to contact with this so called 'clothing heart's contact no. Or on mail id, it's showing switch off and invalid mail id as well. I found myself cheated and lost my hardly earned money. I will spread this in whole social media so that nobody can be cheated again with this fraud group and also make them punish for sure....

I order long top before 10 days and applied cod as it is possible but still the product is not received and no other information is updated to me about product. The problem with the product is it's totally different from the image as well the description.
Size is not fitting.

The product you delivered is of bad quality and not of my size it is a transparent cloth how can you send transparent cloth at @799price is this a joke, and number provided is of no use it is not working you cannot contact the owner it is very bad experience with this company i ordered here first time and this happen with me fraud company...
