[Resolved] Columbia Asia Hospital — Pathetic customer service

I had a Health check up in Columbia Asia GURGAON. After health check up when I took a appointment for consultation it was given to me for saturday. However when I called up the service desk on friday to confirm the timings the person on the phone didn't even had any knowledge about my health check up records or no. of consultations that I have to undergo. I asked him and he said the person who knows about the health check process are not here and Over all he said the appointment which was 8.45a .m (this is what was given to me when I first called Up) is not fixed and said I don't have any consultation appointment. He was dumb and didn't knew anything. After that he hung up the phone disrespectfully. I tried calling hospital again but nobody picked up the phone. Hospital have a single line and I had a terrible experience. I will be visiting the hospital tomorrow and will report this issue to the manaegment. This is ONE HELL OF A HOSPITAL & pathetic service. if they will not improve on it than I think not even a single patient will go here ATLEAST not me.
