I had purchased a geberit pneumatic tank from a dealer in mumbai in the month of jan 2010
It was installed but till date the flushing system is not working & numerous calls to rectify the mistake has not been answered & till date we are constrained to use powder room
We registered our complaint for repair of Geberit concealed flushing system on 2nd Nov 2015 and the complaint no 58257 was given on toll free service no. But despite assurance no help was extended by Geberit. Every call was greeted with usual words "we are sorry for inconvenience" but nothing was done to resolve the complaint.
Again. on 9th Nov 2015, we reminded on helpline for delay in service. To our surprise they generated a new complaint No. GEIN00058906 and assured that some technician would definitely attend to the fault that day.
I feel, the customer must think twice before dealing with such unprofessional and incompetence companies.
