I booked an online ticket from chennai to pune in sangita travels through rebus.in. There was a stop in bangalore where another bus had to be boarded to pune. When I reached there at 7 they had no information about the transfer and told me the next bus available would be at 10 causing a 5 hour delay in arrival time. The agents were rude and made no complaint. I think this is just not done and the company should apologize and compensate for this kind of mistake. Was this information helpful? |
