It is 2 weeks since my first mail to the grievance cell and still i'm getting some or the other reason. I don't understand, your executive says that the higher officials are not in town and here you say some audit is going on. Which one do you want me to believe? Very much contradictory statement.
When we had to pay, you don't give us time. One week of grace period is also like next to impossible. But now it is 5 months since cancellation and you have not given my interest. Is the company going to pay extra interest for this ? Do you expect us to be behind you people every time, to get our own money. It is our hard earned money and we have waited enough. I'm really tired (Fed up) of chasing behind your executive and your team. Please provide the exact date when this would be done rather than beating around the bush.

This is all full cheating work. Your executives says higher official not in town and you say audit which clearly shows how your cheating. Till today nothing has happened and no response for any of my mails. This shows how much untruthful you are to customers. Don't give all false statement. First give me the exact date when this will happen. Don't make us a fool
This is real drama. Too contradictory statement from you and from your executive. What audit do you have ? And do you have for 5 months ? Your executive is telling that higher official not in town. Which one to believe. How can you cheat the customer so badly. This is injustice, untruthful and shows how unreliable the company. There is no proper customer care also. No contact number for confident group grievance cell. Because of all your drama, we will only get into hypertension. When you have stringent timelines to receive money, why is that you don't provide the appropriate time limit for repayment. How can you cheat the customer like this. This highly unacceptable. I want my money ASAP. Don't reply for namesake like this. There is nothing happening from your end. Then why this mail ? Is it to show other readers that your being good. Do act too smart. First pay off all our money rather than replying something which is very contradictory
This is a highly unethical company. All members from junior to senior executives inc. GRIEVENCE CELL are involved in cheating the customer. I couldn't even believe how come they be so disloyal to the customer. Every time they come up with some or the other reason and fool them. It is more than 5 months and I have been made to run like a mad goose. This really is a mental torture and its really a pain in the neck. I'm fed up of them. When are they going to stop cheating customers like this ? inspite of so many mails, there is no proper response from them and still not even an inch has been moved since my first mail.
