Coolwinks — running scams

Let me tell you about the offer. They were giving 100% moneyback to the original payment mode upto Rs. 2000 after 14 days from the day product is delivered. ( Their return policy is till 14 days )

On 21st of may (2019), i ordered some sunglasses worth 1800 INR but before ordering i asked their customer care executive whether i can use 50% off coupon or not. He simply told me that, I can use any of the coupon. Coolwinks system will notify me if I am not eligible for the order. Indeed, no notification prompted. I thought it was successful.

So, just to be sure i mailed them (see attach) asking whether I am eligible or not. So, they sent me tonnes of Terms & Conditions, on which i was eligible.

So i waited till 20 days for them to refund my money, but they didn't. Atlast, i mailed them asking refund for the order. But, they simply ignored my mail. Also, they didn't replied me to their facebook page.

Finally, On 21st june. Post 1 month of the order, I tried calling them and they simply DENIED that they never mentioned we can use COUPON?

What's here?
: At first, they asks us to order for high amount[protected] INR) and if you ask for any hidden T&C, they will simply deny it. Once you place the order, their job is ignore you till the last road of the earth, even if you manage to find them. THEN, THEY WILL DO ANYTHING TO MAKE YOU FOOL, by saying they never said it.
