I haven't drawn any amount from cred cash but the e-mandate is set. After several mails also they are not cancelling or replying. Only asking for screenshot again and again....

Even after paying the credit card bill through UPI, the settlement time is very long. In app it shows that it is full paid but in the card company transaction history it is not settlement. If the due date passes huge penalty will have to bear the customer. This unfair business practice need to be stopped....

Cred is just wasting time instead of processing refund. I have paid credit card bill using cred application and payment was failed and amount also debited from my bank account please help me...

I have done transcation of rs 48, 000 education tution payment transcation got done but it showing fail and message from credit card company recieved that 48, 744.00 was done sucessfully 48, 000 + 744 charges from cred now i am stuck with 1jan it occur and today is last day to pay cred did'nt send any failure message or refund in progress message cred should do something to make coustmer not stuck in that phase

I HAVE BEEN using this app and it has been smooth moslty my payments were in few thousand rupees. so far so good. But for the month of november i had heavy purchases and had to pay 255847 for citi card. On 5th December, i have made UPI transaction of my life insurance of 25, 003 INR on cred app. That transaction was failed according to cred. Rs.1000 had been deducted from my bank account with State Bank Of India on 07.08.2022 by you to be paid to CITI CREDIT CARD. The same has not been deposited with the Citi Credit card so far. I had also made payemnt to the Cit Credit card on the same day i.e. 07.08.2022 by mistake. Hence the amount must be paid back to me - deposited with the my bank with the state Bank of India. .

I took a loan through Cred in 13th Nov 2022 and Rs 3540 added as loan insurance without my consent. I am being struggling with Cred more than a month now but no response received. I have escalated to Grievance team as well but still no result. Looks like they are very unprofessional not even responding/acknowledging email.

I have made the payment via Cred app towards my ICICI credit card bill.
I have made total payment of Rs 32000/- (2 transactions of 16000 each from 2 bank accounts) on 9th Dec. Only one transaction of 16000 was credited and now its 4 days and payment is still not credited.
