Croma has deducted payment of Rs. 10, 290 against my order[protected] placed on 2 March 2023.

I received confirmation email and SMSes from Croma but the order hasn't been delivered yet as on 5 March 2023. The order isn't even reflecting in my croma account. I have purchased two 32” Croma HD LED TV on 11th February 2023. During installation by Your Service Engineer it was found that one of the TVs had a remote control missing.
We were told that either a remote control will be given or a new TV will be sent. So to avoid inconvenience to both we said it's better if they sent remote control.

I placed an order with the Croma, but it was delayed and later cancelled by the company due to non-availability of stock. The company informed you that you would receive a full refund for the order, including the gift card amount that you had used. However, I have only received the refund for the card payment part, and your gift cards remain invalid. Despite multiple requests and assurances, the company has not refunded the gift card amount...

I have been cheated by croma, they sold me dead appliance along with the extened warranty and they are not ready to provide a support further.

they sold me a dead kuvings juicer and they are not ready to issue a new one now.

Kuvings is worst company so dont buy anthing from frootle...

I purchased AC from Croma Retail and salesman insisted me to buy right away since prices would go up..I purchased on 13th Feb and next day prices went down.

There is a difference of rs 1500
