Hello sir, I have purchased WD my passport ultra from ansal g.noida store. Hard disk was not working. So i returned it on 7th day of puchase. I am not getting confirm answer from chroma representative when i will receive replaced product and whether it will be replacement or repair. They are keep on delaying date. First they told me 3rd july. Now they are saying 9th July.They are keep on giving worthless reasons like replaced product will not have box etc. I want my product replaced and on urgent bases. WD is giving two options for claiming RMA. 1) advanced replacement 2) Regular. Since i am not available G.Noida, I want advanced replacement.
Very pathetic service by chroma. They can't even follow the rules.
I want my product before 9th july or money back.
