So i ordered a laptop sleeve on 10/03/2020 from a company “cyankart.com” i made online transaction, as they didn’t allow cod, they stated that they will send email after the order is dispatched, and will be delivered within 4-5 days, i waited for 6 days, i didn’t recieve any confirmation or text from them, later i cancelled my order on 16/03/2020 and wrote an email, but i didn’t get any reply, i wrote to them on ig, no reply
Again wrote an email, no reply
Called them, no reply
And it’s been 11 days since i got my money or the product, i just want my money backf
