I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and concern on D-Mart regarding an issue I encountered with Bambino Gulab Jamun Mix packet. On 16 Nov, 2023, I purchased a packet advertised as 175 grams from D-Mart location at H No. 14-8-182, Narsampet Road, Laxmipuram, Warangal - 506002.

Today on 11th November 2023 I faced an awkward experience with a D'Mart parking lot staff. I parked my two wheeler in a parking lot where all other customers too parked theirs. Within 20 min I finished my shopping and returned to collect my vehicle, In that mean time the other two vehicles which were parked beside my vehicle had been left, so my vehicle was like looking alone there. At that moment a D'Marts parking staff started shouting...

I have ordered household items but it was delayed 3 days may o know the reason.
I never ever seen the crappy services provided by the d mart.

Today I purchase at Dmart vijayawada nunna store, my bill amount 3169.5rs I did payment through upi method, when I was done, it's shows pending msg bill not genrated, so I did payment through credit card again amount debited bill genrated, now Upi payment also debited and showing success message can you please find my payment and revert it back...

I ordered groceries on D Mart online. I got mails for payment request and confirmation of order. But my order was not found after payment while tracking. I didnt got any response from d mart after that. I need my money back...

Purchased a gas stove 1 month ago with warranty period of 2 years and when went for replacement the staff misbehaved and said 1000 of people comes here daily like you...the stove had glass on it which busted suddenly will cooking (hopefully no one got hurt ) and full kitchen even on floor there were small glass pieces ...staff we were not even responsible if anyone would have got hurt also we just have to sell the thing......

My order no[protected], of amount 2494 has been debited twice through DMART ready center, one of your employee said that the transaction failed at your end but at my end it was successful, so he has asked us to transact again so I have transacted through UPI.
He said that money will be credited in 7 working day's but even after 10 days it did not, i complained many times but got no help, each of your employee kept saying...

When parked my car Hyundai Venue MH.16 B29524 It is found that there is dent on left rear door of my car due to
trolley hit by unknown customer. It is to be noted that there is no any railing
to stop the trolley which hits
the car directly as such mistake is of DMart parking authority and not of any customer. Parking was done by me in marked area only.
