Delhivery Complaints & Reviews

I bought some perishable items which were sent via Delhivery (Sept 21-22) and the package has been in transit since days. The package shows no progress on tracking and the last update was on 24th September (Tracking Number[protected]. I have emailed (customer.[protected]@delhivery.com) them and requested to expedite this matter and was asked to wait, with no further contact from them or explanation nor delivery.

Sir i ordered something from gwalior m.p.
It took only 3 day (22sep to 25sep)and travel 728 km, but when it reaches ambaji currier at 25th sep they are not even attempting shipping and delaying.giving some more dates.

Every single day Currier boy regularly comes to my town but they dont attempt my shipping...
I mailed their delhivery email but no response from them and not...

The delivery with tracking ID[protected] is not getting delviered. They are delaying it every day

Bajaj Finserv RBL Bank Supe... vide AWB No.[protected] the same reached their nearest office and laying there since 24th September 2021 and not delivered...

One of my parcel is showing delivered on 27th September, 2021 but my customer claims that she has not received it. Today evening, my customer called me and asked me about the delay of her order. I checked the status and told her that it had been delivered. But my customer said she was out of station and no phone call received from any delivery agent.

Sir my pick up is not done from many days about 5-6days has been passed and now today I'm receiving the message as follow
"We attempted the pickup today but pickup wasn't ready. "
From 5-6 days it is ready and none of them has reached at my place and now messaging wrong about it.

Hi, it's been 11 days that my bike was taken for parcel from delhi to patna. I still have not received it. The number I got to contact tell me that delivery will be made tomorrow. This has been going since 24th September 2021. And today nobody is picking any call also nobody is providing me with the address where my bike is in patna so that I can go and get it. I hope it's not stolen by DELHIVERY people. Contact number [protected]...

I didn't get my shipment but Delhivery is saying that it has been delivered. When I raise a complaint ticket of proof of delivery they had said that we will hear you within 2 days . But still now they haven't responded me . The documents are very important for me . There is also not any working mobile number of delhivery available for customers .

Money got deducted from my account twice, but I did not receive any message from Delhivery. There's no customer service number to call or complain. They don't reply soon on the email. Their website is poor. Two times, I tried booking a pickup, money got deducted but no message received. 174+174 twice amount deducted. Either arrange a pickup or refund my money as soon as possible....

I had booked 2 pieces of silk saree and got delivered through delhivery services (Order# [protected], Invoice# Retail01009, Invoice date 18/9/2021). I see the quality of the material is not good and wanted to return the shipment back to the seller.

Could you please assist in getting the shipment return and get the refund on the same at the earliest.

Sir/mam, my order for AWB NUMBER :[protected] has not been delivered yet to me . Also the status is showing that "Order refused or cancelled by Consignee". But in reality i have never refused or cancelled this order, infact i have never got any call regarding the delivery of my order.. So, i request you to deliver my product TODAY as soon as possible as it is urgent, And also update the status of my SHIPMENT....

I have done payment through paytm UPI & transaction on 15.09.2021 was successfully done, but got message from delhivery that payment not received, if debited from your account will get refunded. Still not received any refund.

Please initiate the refund asap...

The delhivery service and logistics folded the parcel and my documents are now ruined!

Even though the package was not torn, it was folded! thats really pathetic handling of documents.

Please have some concern for the contents of the shipments. It is quite important to some o[censored]s!...
