My company asked to returned a laptop to the company, I returned it through Delhivery.
They are not providing any update on the return of the laptop.

It reached Gurgaon on 31st July and the return address is also Gurgaon.
But there is no update since then and no proper response from Delhivery team. They do not have customer support and the email address they provided does not reply.

On 7 july i raised a pickup from haryana to pune. it was an urgent item hence i send it through delhivery which is worst mistake of my life. they failed to do pickup for first 3 days then on 11 my product was picked up. and hence i was happy that it will get delivered on 18 july but they all messed up they didnt delivered it till today (3 aug) i was mailing them daily but they are saying that they are not able to deliver it due to uncontrollable...

I had sent live plants from darjeeling to kerala through delhivery courier service. As promised and guaranteed it would reach within 7 days, They have just held parcel in one location for 3 continuous days. Even after having complained in their official website no action has been taken. It is almost 8 days I dispatched it, worse part is, they are not replying at all. Please help me...

We have been waiting for our delivery in Thane region for almost 2+ weeks and it is not moving ahead at all.
We have followed up so many with the email id for customer complaint, although got no responses.
Really waiting for the product to be delivered and refund of the money in priority.

I returned my shipments (AWB[protected] on July 24, 2021. The maximum possible date for returned shipment reaching the seller was up to 29 July 2021. But Delhivery franchise partner are increasing the date one day every day again & again from the 28th July 2021.

I have lodged my complaint (Complaint Number: 21676583, 21624921,[protected] through mail several times regarding this, on which no proper action has been taken...

The package is my desk notebook. As it was in the city, it must be delivered on time.. I can still see the package in Tathawade pune. No Customer Service number provided....

My replacement was cancelled no one come to pickup the order and status is showing that pickup cancelled...

I booked a parcel on 31/07/2021 on delhivery website which i had to send it to Sriganganagar, Rajasthan to my aunt's home from Bihar Sharif, Bihar. On 02/08/2021 the courier guy came to pick up the order at 9:30am, i gave him the courier.
After 3 hour he called me and told me that he had lost the parcel. I was astonished to know that but couldnt do anything.
He said he that the company will give me only 100 rs as i had entered...

The product was ordered on 14 jun 2021, and it reaches here at delhivery on 28 july 2021. But the delhivery service sends the out for delivery message on 30th of july. And i myself called them for delivery to my place which is the same place mentioned in address. My return order is not pick up many days to go I also call pickup agent he was say I didn't take your return order...

This is regarding the way bill no[protected]. This was supposed to be delivered yesterday but it was not delivered. Additionally there is no reason shared for this delay. This is high value product.

I need a time details by when you will be able to deliver the product.

And why there is no communications done from your end

Even tracking details also not updated properly on your tracking system.br...

Its been more than 15 days I haven't received my parcel yet. When I track my order it says due to bad weather, sometimes institute or office is closed. There is no proper way of communication with them. Please look in the matter asap.

I made a payment of 131 for delhivery pick up but the order was no processed and rs 131 was debited from my paytm...
