Hello,
My order has been reached by destination city on 27th August 2022, but they have not yet delivered it to me. Why? I raised a complaint regarding this issue with them but still no delivered. It is showing delivery rescheduled which i never did.

I had ordered one product which is yet to be delivered by Delhivery Courier company having order I'd No.[protected] for which Courier Boy named Mr. JP (Deepak Gohel) having Mobile No.[protected] called for delivery of product on 25th August, 2022 at 6.23 p.m. due to emergency I was unable to pick his call for which I had call back him at 6.54 p.m. due to which he agreed to deliver the product on next day, However he failed to deliver from...

AWB[protected], The parcel is in my nearest hub but undelivered since last 6+days. No response from the company, neither thru email nor in Twitter. I want my parcel max by tomorrow before Ganpati else ask the company to pay me back. Such worst freight company & experience in terms of cust service....

I am Purvisha from Thoothukudi, Tamilnadu. I received a product (Rs.2015) through Dehlivery on 27.08.2022 a.n. around 12.45 pm. As I was not in my house, I asked him to deliver to my neighbour and told him that I will pay in Google pay. Due to network problem, it got delayed by 10 minutes. He called me and spoke in a rude manner that he was waiting for a long time. His name is Thanka M (ph: [protected])....

A replacement product from boat was sent to my address on 20th august. Today (27/8/22) delivery person came to deliver the product but did not deliver and make excuse of an otp.
I did not get any otp from delivery.Com to show to the delivery person.
There is no customer care available to contact with....

My package[protected], which i shipped through your delhivery direct is stucked inside a guwahati hub for around 12 days and i’m getting ignored from all delhivery support socials, Idk why i feel like i have been scammed ! no calls no updates no emails nothing.. Also please atleast call on my number
if possible or else i have to include police as my package were not a small amounts stuffs those were worth 10, 000...

I have been raising complaints regarding my order with tracking no.[protected].. i have opt to cancel my order as customer wanted some change so i cancelled the order and initiated the rto on 18 august and my parcel reached the origin center on 20th august.. and its been 5 days there was no update.. they were not even delivering my parcel so i raised complaint and they reverted me that parcel is lost, how can they be so issresponsible......

No delivery, no response, no proper tracking, cold behavior. The item was booked in bangalore on 18th August, 2022.
for last 5 days the tracking website shows pickup pending. Then on 23rd August the item was taken and there was some movement(for 5 days no movement). In tracking, it still says "in transit", with no exact location. I will have to change or reschedule my overseas travel plans due to this delay.

In continuation to our mails, we regret to write that we had advised to pick up 3 bags of Makhana from Ujjain for Delivery at Gurugram. In total 3 bags were picked up from origin but only 2 bags were delivered at Gurugram. Invoice copy & LR details are attached herewith.

I generate RTO though Delhivery, on the day of delivery it shows out for delivery in morning around 10Am but at night same day around 8pm 24/08/22 it shows the parcle is delivered but i did not receive any call and did not receive product no one visit my location....

We sent Sofa from Delhi to Gorakhpur. Attached is the builtee and photo/videos of damaged good.

Legs were broken, and there were major/minor scratches. The fabric was torn. The sofa was wet.

I ordered a product from AJIO on 11th Aug to send to my sister on Rakhi. The delivery partner "Delihivery" was supposed to deliver it by 17th Aug (per the schedule) but it's delayed now. There is no communication from the delivery boy. The staus always show (we tried and we'll try again). I can also not contact customer care as the Delihivery website doesn't let me do that.
