This is the worst courier company. They keep doing everything unfair- changing status, keeping packages at hub center for 1 week then moving to another far away hub center, not proving any update or resolution and shamelessly delaying courier delivery. from 6th April the courier package is in same location Bangalore but they don't deliver it. they have no customer care number to call or report the issue, they do not provide any proper answer...

A shipment sent through Delhivery is stuck on their office for 10 days and we have received no update or response.
Their number doesn't work and it just says *on hold from 7 days.

I am writing today to complain of the very pathetic service and response to the customer issue, I contacted the DTDC (Udaipur) office for delivering my KTM Duke 200 ( Lorry receipt number:[protected], 29/3/22 Udaipur 313001 through Delhivery and paid the amount for Handling with care charges. But on 4th April 2022 I got my bike at the Delhivery office, Pune (Handewadi) with major problems and damages....
