I am writing this Email to inform that on 01/11/2021, I exchange an order because the one I received was defective So, I exchange it on 01/11/2021 product information ( APEXHANDICRAFT 4MM Yoga Mat) having Order ID ([protected]) And the tracking ID is ([protected]) the order was prepaid amount (Rs287). I would regret...

I have a tracking number:[protected]. The shipment was suppose to be picked up from my house. However it never got picked up. No call were made to me . When i checked after few days the tracking number stated that pick up was cancelled on my request. however i never got a call from anyone. Delhivery cancelled my pickup without informing me and didn't even try to pick it up.

Due to this the merchant is not processing my refund,...

I have ordered dress ₹1300 but received sandal which I have ordered one month back and received already for ₹1100 He has took money for dress of ₹1300 but I received sandal I request u to plzz return the product which I have already received one month back and gave my money back. I had an product from amazon which I had to return back to amazon. But amazon couldn't pickup the product so they asked my to self return the product. I did self return the product via Delhivery, but now I get an email from Delhivery that the shipment is untraceable. Shipment was worth 20, 000 Rs. And I am really really worried I cannot afford to pay this amount. I won't get a refund from Amazon if the product does not reaches the seller....

I order one dress from surat. Almost it's dispatched and reached Pondicherry my customer location. But same status showing ffor one month. Without having any contact number. How can I trace the shippment details...

AWB No [protected] I have been complaining for 8 days And No Any Action got only one answer that we are trying to get the parcel as soon as possible and till now the parcel has not been received. it has been 8 days, the parcel is stuck on the same Place And 11 Day In transit..
Its expected date was 22/Nov.....

I havent returned my jacket and on the status it is showing that the return has been canceled and i haven't got my jacket back...

Hello Delhivery, I had a complaint regarding a recent purchase of a product which was suppose to be delivered today. But the delivery agent was so rude that he just gave a missed call. When I called back him, he didn't responded to my call. My tracking id was[protected]. Please solve this issue otherwise the delivery agent will return the order....

I'm very angry on Delhivery as they have not delivered my package but still showing the package as delivered in tracking status. They didn't even call me once or reach near my address for delivering the parcel. Either the delivery boy or the company itself has stolen the package. It was out for delivery on 12th Nov and was showing delivered in tracking status...

Product Pickup cancelled by agent on its own without waiting for response from my side. Agent couldnt find my address even when House Number, with Area pincode and proper location was clearly mentioned. He called me but due to unavoidable reasons I couldn't pick up his call. He immediately cancelled my pickup. I called him after 20 minutes and he said he has cancelled my pickup. He didnot wait for even half an hour. He was so rude and unprofessional....

Second delivery attempt took place on 25 november, and the delivery person again cancelled the order stating consignee was not at location. I was supposed to receive my package on 21st November but nobody have contacted me regarding this to till date. I tried to contact them but there is no customer care number or email id....

I had ordered a product online which was to be delivered by the delhivery courier.
The delivery boy cane on the date of delivery with the product and asked me for the cash. I told that i was not informed that only cash is accepted and i offered google pay payment to him, but he started shouting at me and told me to cancel the order and he wont deliver it and started threatening me that he will cancel the order...

My shipment from nykaa has reached its destination yesterdat morning...yesterday at around 9am got msg that my order is out for delivery...but then in the evening at around 4pm delivery executive cals and says shipment will be delivered tomorrow and asking for the reason he then misbehaves...then shipment is resheduled without making any delivery attempt...delivery is still pending...order no.NYK[protected]...
