I have purchased one Casino G shock watch for personal use amount 94 USD(RS 7123.68) Order No[protected] dated 17 November 2018 online from Creation watchses
Creation watches website shown it was free shipping and no other charges details are mentioned
on 20 Novemer 2018 I got mail from DHL stating that There is import duty/tax due on your shipment. The amount is INR 3, 475.55. We will pay your import duty/tax to the authorities on your behalf to speed regulatory clearance.
which includes:

CUSTOMS DUTY-RS.685.73
IGST-RS.2, 131.25
S W SURCHARGES-RS.68
DISBURSEMENT FEES-RS.500
IGST-RS.90

I immediately contacted DHL customer service regarding import duty mail and massage but DHL executive said 'there are no import duty or any other charges on shipment you may received wrong mail error from DHL shipment is free and no duty on shipment' but on 21 November DHL delivery guy reached my home and handed me invoice of Rs.3, 475.55. told me i have to pay the charges.

I recontacted DHL customer service this time guy told me there was some miss-communications from their side regarding Import duty now you have to pay all charges to get delivery of the product.

Why the #### they didn't contact me before paying so called my behalf charges and after fooling me that there was miss communications or mistake from their side

DHL india are fooling customers and charging unwanted charges

IT IS A USELESS SERVICE WITH NO TRUTH IN THEIR CLAIMS AND I RECOMMEND NO ONE TAKING THIS SERVICE FROM DHL.

DHL INDIA IS A SHAME ON THE WORLDWIDE RESPECTED BRAND LIKE DHL .
