[Resolved]  DTDC Courier & Cargo — Delivery not even attempted but marked "Couldn't attempt"

My package V76677479 is out for delivery today (16th Aug) since 2 PM but no-body called until 6 PM where a blank call came with nobody speaking from their end. After that they just marked it as "Couldn't attempt"

Complaint marked as Resolved 
The delivery agent still continued the same by marking as 'Door Locked' and finally it was deliver to some nearby address where I had to pick it up. It almost feels lucky to receive a package via DTDC whose support system/structure not at all looking promising
