Hi - we have the above product installed by ELICA 9-10 years ago. The motor is installed on the outside as it is a split chimney. This installation was done by ELICA when we bought the product. The motor is not working properly and could have capacitor or winding problem. We have raised multiple service requests. As motor is installed outside (by ELICA), the service agency is not ready to service the same. Their seniors are unable to solve the problem. We want the motor to be repaired and serviceable - now and in future.
