I requested for an infra change to excitel fibre after numerous messages you guys spam my inbox with and conversation with local excitel technicians. I raised ticket number 6349584 on 22/7/2021 with an ETA of 14 days as per their app and 30 days as per their customer service rep. For almost 40 days there is not a single update. When I call the customer rep again after waiting for 10 or so days post deadline, and a little bit of irate chat conversation, the ticket is ASSIGNED to the so called regional partner I have paid the security deposit as well
So now the ticket was assigned on 10th September, a whopping delay of 1.5 months. The regional partner comes in around 5 days after that and installs the fibre line and goes away saying that he will install the router later that day and never shows up again. So 53 days after I raised a ticket, I have an optical fibre wire Rest remains the same. The router, their service, the regional partner's attitude.
