Faber — Services issue

Faber india services are pathetic and very unprofessional.
I registered complaint regarding chimney issue on 25 March, with complaint id LUC[protected].
Technician visited 1 or 2 days after, checked all issues
And some parts were needed to be replaced, he said he will be coming in a week but every time he is delaying and now its more than 2 months, due to his behaviour i am very depressed and kitchen condition is getting...

Kindly note my service request MUM[protected] dated 24 April 2024, for servicing the HOB Nexus HT603 CRS BR CI was requested. The service technician visited on 25 April 2024 and said that two burners are not good, since it's in warranty period therefore the burners will be replaced. He took the pictures and video. However, on his second visit on 30 April 2024, he came up with new burners, one of the burners was fitted, second could not as...
