I received the following three emails from letsbuy.com after making an order no LSB-927276 on 16/03/2012 but I have not received any response from them till today, the 22nd March 2012. And moreover they never pick their customer care no also.

Thereafter I made several phone calls for the re-shipment of the same, but it was still not delivered.

finally, i made a request to cancel the order on the 23rd Feb. The company promised a refund in 5-7 business days.
