Sir,
I have booked "Classmate Longbook" vide order no. OD[protected] dated 11th Nov 2020, delivered on 14th Nov 2020. A return request was initiated on the same day and pick up was done on the very next day. The app shows Refund Processed by Flipkart and expected by Nov 26. But not refunded yet.
The app is just showing an expectation date, the website is showing it is "Completed" (whereas no refund is done) which is totally misleading and creating confusion to the customers.
Another blunder is that after complaint, I have received the a feedback from customer care on mail dated 29th Nov 2020, that the refund will be done on[protected] ! Pathetic!!!
Kindly help me to get the refund of INR 410/- against cancellation for the above order at the earliest.
This is not the first case. It took more than one month to get another refund earlier, after long conversations and multiple calls. Just for escaping, they tell to "check with bank" where as bank never stops any such refund payments.
I request Flipkart to amend the system of refunding and take responsibility to ensure the refunds are done within given time frame. After refunding only it should show "COMPLETED".
I humbly request the Honorable Forum to intervene on Flipkart Refunding System issues.
